“Nationwide bathrooms were very good and helpful. I used several different companies while doing my bathroom renovation. I just wish I could have bought everything I wanted from them as the company I purchased my vanity unit from was awful . Out of stock item no communication on delayed delivery and missing items when finally arriving . Nationwide Bathroom are highly recommended by us .”

“I contacted Nationwide Bathrooms on Monday 6th to place an order. I spoke to a human being within minutes and the customer service was fantastic. Today I had to call again to amend my order. The prices for the items I ordered are the most competitive too. I spoke to the same person (Kim) who was so very helpful. Fingers crossed, my order will be amended and I will receive just the two items, not three, and that I am duly refunded for the cancelled item. Thank you Kim.”

“I bought a high level lever pull. The picture showed the lever, chain and pull. Despite paying £9 postage it took nearly two weeks to arrive. Only the ceramic handle turned up. I tried to phone “customer services” but they don’t take calls so how reviews claim they are great is beyond me. I have emailed twice but no response. This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid.”

“Read the other reviews, wish I had. I have used this company twice, which has been twice too many. I only selected them because they showed stock for Imperial products. They take your money when clearly they do not have the stock. I always have to chase them, this second time I heard nothing for over a month, not even an automated email with an update. I am still waiting for delivery of the products having paid 5 weeks ago. Absolutely horrible process and service. I would avoid Nationwide Bathrooms and find a reputable company.”

““Really pleased with the vanity unit and the customer service team. I had called prior to the purchase on some help to ensure I was getting all the right things needed to set it up correctly and the team were great. The unit and basin looks as per the photos. So far, so good!”

“Appalling customer service Paid for new lights. Two weeks on and nothing. Sadly did not read all the other shocking reviews. No reply on Twitter. No reply on email. No answer on phone - held for over an hour three times now. Shopped for rest of bathroom at Victoria Plum and Plumbing. PLEASE USE THESE INSTEAD!”

“Fantastic service, swift delivery and great product. We’d ordered a similar product from a competitor, which arrived damaged then they couldn’t get a replacement and I’m still waiting for a refund!! So Nationwide Bathrooms will be my go to in the future. Thank you for making buying a bath on line easy 👍🏻”

“I'm a very happy customer. I placed an order online and phoned to ask if I could pick up the items the same day. Was told that everything was in stock apart from one item. Once there I was offered an improved replacement item for the one out of stock at no extra cost. Very friendly staff, couldn't be happier with the service.”
