“Great customer service...they answer the phone!..and deliver on time!..which was refreshing after so many bad experiences with other suppliers.. who only seem to have slow or totally unresponsive email "customer service!!!" Nationwide Bathrooms will be my first port of call in the future!”

“A mirror I ordered arrived damaged. I emailed the customer service dept that evening and called them the next day. The service I received exceeded my expectations they were brilliant. A replacement was immed ordered and delivered the following day. I cannot thank them enough.”

“Very helpful customer service. Initially chose bathroom furniture online but as dimensions not totally clear spoke with customer service who clarified what I wished to know. Unknowingly ordered cabinet/top and basin from one site and toilet from another, both of which came under the banner of Nationwide bathrooms. They rolled the whole into one and so negated a delivery charge. The plumber installed all today and very pleased with end result.”

“I have still given Nationwide Bathroom a 5-star rating despite the wrong valves being dispatched. The sales team sorted out the issue swiftly and with no questions asked. The products themselves (Zehnder radiator, dual fuel element, and valves) all look very good.”

“Love my new bathroom suite cant believe how cheap it was, I was a bit dubious about the quality for the price I paid but couldn't be happier, everyone has said how lovely it looks. Will be ordering for the next project soon, great customer service throughout and quick delivery, we are very pleased, even got a free chrome towel radiator too.”

“Bought a bathroom at the beginning of lockdown, was a little sceptical about receiving it on time as a lot of places had closed. After speaking to the manager and having been reassured that he was still trading and delivering I placed the order. I got my bathroom in time, the price was brilliant, and even received a free radiator. Can not fault this company one bit.”
