“Super speedy delivery! Delivered in 2 days rather than the stated 5-10 days. Kept informed all the way, so knew where it was up to. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a toilet with seat which arrived promptly in a couple of days. Unfortunately the toilet seat lid was broken, I called and was told to email a picture. I received a reply within half an hour apologising and stating a new seat would be delivered in 2 days time. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.”

“A few issues with delivery but there was always someone at the end of the phone and everything was resolved quickly and with great service. The items are very good quality and am very pleased with all of it.”

“AVOID! Ordered a product over 3 weeks ago and was told that it would be delivered within 5 working days. Each week that passed I was told it will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest but only just been told they have received it themselves, 3 weeks after ordering. What a joke. Constantly having to do the chasing with this company. I was told that we would receive a call 24 hours before delivery to select a delivery time but shockingly, they just turned up whilst I wasn't at the property because no one notified us. Awful customer service. Live chat is never on, it's a leave a message but we'll never contact you type of thing. I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. I actually can't believe on the review page it says average delivery time is 'Next Day', what a load of rubbish.”

“Great service from the team. I found the product cheaper elsewhere and they matched the price and I received the item within 3 days. Other sites had 30 day lead times for the same product. Really easy to speak to them over the phone and by email. Would highly recommend it.”

“The worse company. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Ordered an intern and it’s been 2+months since. I tried calling, cancelling my order online, emailed every possible email i coupons find. No reply. I now don’t know what to do. Avoid this company!”

“Small amount of silvering came off our bathroom cabinet. E-mailed Nationwide Bathrooms and within 10 days they fitted a new replacement cabinet without fuss or quibble. After sales service deserving 5 star plus.”

“wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering ! Received a badly packaged supposedly new shower screen, nearly £600 scratched up frame and all parts open inside and packaging ripped. Eventually spoke to mike on the phone who said to email him with photos to mike at nationwide bathrooms dot com and he would sort it out and arrange replacement parts....still waiting to hear from them weeks later and not even a courteous reply. So my advice is to avoid!!! THANK YOU FOR A SHOCKING SERVICE”

“ordered a mixer tap online and checked and made sure it is in stock. delivery was booked for Tuesday but when called to get update, I was told that the item is not in stock. the customer service rep (cathy) was so rude and hung phone on me. called again and talked to manager and he told do whatever I want to and he said that they do not care!!! DO NOT DO business with them. AVOID.”

“Probably the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with. I have nothing positive to say about my experience they just manage to excel at being poor at everything. Go elsewhere and save yourself a load of hassle dealing with these as it will go wrong and unless you can afford to walk away that's where your nightmare begins.”

“Good range of products from tiles to bathroom furniture. We have our vanity unit and a few other items from Nationwide Bathrooms and couldn't be happier. Their customer service was also great, Staff was very helpful in helping us find the right products and sort any issues along the way.”
