“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. READ THE REVIEWS ON HERE AND ON GOOGLE. They will take your money, you will not have ANY emails, calls or queries answered and you WILL be fighting to get your money back. Disgusting, they should be closed down they WILL scam you. If anyone has paid with a credit card, do what I’m doing and claim through your bank, don’t let them steal your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.”

“Great prices and service. Part of the order arrived cracked (the courier had clearly stood on the box, as he’d left a footprint) however, they responded immediately and sent a replacement. Very impressed. I will use them again”

“First class shower screen. Couldn’t believe it was already assembled when it arrived. Literally, the only problem was forgetting to buy a diamond drill bit to fix side rails to tiles. Very helpful staff on the phone. I am impressed. Well done.”

“DO NOT USE, Cancelled my order, i can't get a refund, I can't even get a reply to any of my e-mail, spoke to a chap called Ed, who was supposed to get back to me, i have heard nothing for 6 weeks, stay away from this company. Nothing more than a bunch of thieves.”

“The worst experience I have ever had buying anything on line.I orered inApril. Delivery after many messages from me, SIX WEEKS later. Battered boxthrown over my doorstep.Opened for quicklook to find it was not what I ordfered/expected. Was left to unpick how to return after more emailing. Returned battered box exactly as it arrived to be told NO REFUND. The boss accused me of returning a damaged item.....even though email trail of damaged box etc. And NO DISCUSSION. Heartbreaking and insulting. You would be mad to use this company.”

“Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful service and product. I was a bit skeptical because the price was so cheap, but my plumbers have fitted the vanity units today (toilet & sink) and they have said they are of premium quality. Your fantastic customer service was faultless and I enjoyed the whole experience of shopping with you.”

“Seriously, don’t trust these cowboys!! Read the bad reviews before you even consider ordering. 4 weeks I have been waiting for a simple shower try. Took the money right away with a 5 day lead time on the product. 4 weeks later no product and no comms. Emailed several times, no response, phoned serval times and you just get fobbed off. In the end I just phoned my bank to raise a dispute and get a refunded. It’s now between my bank and the company. However, they did send me a refund email, but have yet to actually see the refund!! It really is a lottery if you get your product or even your money back. Please don’t trust them, you will be disappointed!”

“Ordering online was simple and straight forward with full information at every step. The next day we got a phone call confirming the order and it was ready. Within a couple of days, the haulier contacted us to arrange delivery which was really easy and smooth. Great, quick service from start to finish.”

“Read the negative reviews. And don’t order from these guys. No customer service at all, no response to emails. No shipping information/ updates. It’s a lottery if you will get your stuff at all. Bunch of clowns.”

“I ordered a bathroom suite online hoping that I had done the right thing rather than buy from a showroom where you can see the product. The staff was helpful, delivery was fast and when I needed it and the whole suite was of great quality. If you are thinking about buying but are hesitant don't be these guys do provide really good products. 10 out of 10.”

“Would highly recommend, Mike who came to measure up was very professional and friendly, was very informative on all the products explained the whole process from measuring up, pricing & payment options, removal and disposal of all the old fitting to fitting the new bathroom.”
