Ordered a shower unit from them and I was really impressed with the level of customer service from NBs. I didn't want it delivered straight away and asked for a delay of two weeks. They kept in contact and communication was outstanding. The delivery company they used was also very good. Even helped me lug a heavy item up the stairs... I was very impressed.

Ordered in September no communication from them or updates I have chased them about my order ,then received half of it couple weeks ago rang them was told the rest by last Friday nothing,I’m never using them again complete lack of customer care still waiting for update on rest of order ,I have asked for refund to be told your order on way will be taking this further,do not use this company

Great service. Ordering was easy, picked our delivery date, and was kept informed about the order. Item was delivered on the correct day and a text was sent with an hour slot for delivery.

Absolutely rubbish. Very poor customer service and communications. Ordered 2 items in october. I appreciate there are supplier issues at the moment but that is no excuse for the customer service i have received. I must have made 9-10 calls to the company now (at great effort and wait times). First they tell me they will sort the issue and send one of the items out. Week passes nothing appears, another phone call and another fake promise. Another week, eventually after 3rd or 4th call i get one of the items. I am still waiting for the 2nd, and agreed a week ago for a refund which is yet to materialise. I am currently on hold listening to an awful hold song. Avoid this company at all costs.

Everything was exactly as claimed on the website. Delivery was prompt and with the required facilities. The unit was supplied with everything required for fitting. Even my plumber commented on how everything was supplied. Excellent service will use you again.

It is a great website to order from. Very efficient and the delivery was spot on. The driver was very polite and opened up the boxes inside my house to make sure the Vanity unit was not damaged in any way. The quality of the Vanity unit is 1st class. I would certainly purchase again From Nationwide Bathrooms

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! Appalling customer service. I’ve been trying to get a refund and collection of a bath they delivered, but which was not the one I ordered. I’ve emailed three different email addresses, including their MD and no response. They’ve got nearly £400 of my money sitting in their account, and I’ve got a bath I can’t use sitting in my living room!

Customer service prior to buying goods was excellent. but be warned once they take your money the service becomes no existent. Promises broken, delivery days shifted by the hour and no on ever called back and still no apology. emails saying 'it will be with you tomorrow' 2 hours later 'sorry for delay it will be Thursday' Thursday came and 'sorry it will be tomorrow we promise it is out for delivery' ....12 days later still waiting! On line chat gave differing answers always contradicted by an email. Stay away from this company or at least be prepared to just sit around and wait like you have no deadlines to meet

Ordered an Ideal Standard Tempo Back to Wall Wc Unit - 650mm on 4 Nov. No update given on delivery date. Had to chase up twice. Given a 6 week lead-time, their supplier was still unable to provide by my deadline of 20 Dec. I suggest Nationwide do a better job of chasing their supplier, or change supplier.

Good polite service. This shop uses their own delivery service which means you have to be at home however I asked them to call me in the morning to give me a time slot. The driver called me as promised and showed up within the given 2-hour slot so I was happy.

Have contacted this company at least 8 times to get an item missing from my order, I have now requested a refund on the part order I received , I don’t receive reply’s to my emails and when I do manage to get hold of someone on the phone they just promise a call by the end of the day which never happens , appalling company to deal with , swear clear would be my recommendation!

Nationwide Bathrooms offered the product I needed, at a competitive price. Their customer service was excellent; they called soon after I'd placed the order online to arrange delivery. The delivery arrived when it was supposed to. I had a follow-up query which was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. Recommended.

Another supplier had let me down, sending one part of the tap order (bath) out, and then on the day, the plumber was installing the bath telling me the basin tap stock was discontinued! Nationwide Bathrooms had the same model and were able to send out the same day, arrived the next day. Got me out of a hole. Will use again

Excellent quality contemporary bathroom storage cupboard and just what I had been looking for. I received a call from the company within a day of placing my order to inform me it had been dispatched and delivery service was also prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Bathrooms.

Terrible customer service… we bought three bathroom pendant lights and on initial inspection they looked to be in order. However, when our electrician came to fit them, (outside the 3 days return policy - which I’m sure is a breach of a consumer rights act) one of the glass shades looked to have a hairline crack to it and when fitting cracked, making one of the pendants unusable. We contacted customer service, which in itself is a nightmare, no visible contact details and in error we emailed a no reply mailbox. The company is refusing to replace the faulty pendant and has dismissed us entirely. We will be pursuing a separate claim against them. But avoid this company at all cost.

Terrible customer service beyond initial sale. Items missing from order and not sent or refunded. Return process terrible. "Dedicated support team" is by email only - and never replies. AVOID. See other responses on Trustpilot have been disabled as was so damning.

I purchased a shower tray from Nationwide bathrooms, the product arrived on time and the quality was very good. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful with my questions. Will definitely use them again.

This company is OK if all goes well, but not at all when there is any problem. I have been trying to return an item (they sent the wrong item) for 4 months now and it has been a complete nightmare. The customer support on returns is only by email and they never email you back. In the end I had to make a formal complaint to get anywhere after no one responded to me for 2 months! Even when I complained, they did not take it seriously and have been telling me for weeks that the courier is coming to collect the return this week, then next week, then the week after. They still have not collected my return 4 months after I notified them about the incorrect item and are leaving me considerably out of pocket. I used this company a lot in the past for several renovation projects but never again! They have really gone downhill. Seem to be short staffed and the customer support is just abysmal. My advice is AVOID. Just not worth the aggro. There are plenty of other good bathroom companies out there that are so much better than this.
