“Item delivered as expected and on time. We ordered a sink from NB Bathrooms which was significantly cheaper than available elsewhere and was subsequently delivered quickly and within the specified time frame. Everything met expectations.”

“We ordered some bathroom furniture. When it delivered the sink was chipped. After experiences problems with the website, I contacted the customer services and spoke to a lovely man called Danny who sorted the problem out in no time and even arranged our delivery to come the day after.”

“Good choice of mirrors! I struggled on other websites to find a good choice of sizes for heated mirrors that also lit up and included a shaver point. Great service too, I received a call to confirm the delivery date, and the products were very well packaged.”

“Excellent service. I ordered the items over the Christmas period. I received an email stating they were shut but would be in touch on the return to work date which they did and processed my order. I also received an email with a delivery date which was only 3 days later. The items came on the day they were supposed to do from separate suppliers and both delivery men were excellent. Thank you for such a great experience”

“Nationwide Bathrooms answered the phone speedily and supplied the information we needed about the product. Helpful and friendly service - better than some similar companies who could not be contacted by phone and used Covid as a reason for taking weeks to answer email inquiries. The product arrived quickly on the date expected and in good condition.”

“Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and everything was very well packaged. We were very impressed with the size of the samples we initially ordered as they were larger than expected giving us a much better idea of how they would look in our room. The floor arrived 4 days after ordering. Very friendly service, lovely follow up call, and would definitely use it again.”

“Great customer service - had so much trouble finding a new toilet seat that would fit a very old toilet pan. Could find it nowhere else but here. Sent photos of existing pan and seat and they responded very fast asking some additional questions and advised on the right product which was a good fit. Fast & secure delivery too, very impressed.”
