“We are very happy with the initial consultation - some good ideas to enhance our original kitchen design, very friendly and helpful staff. We haven’t had the kitchen fitted yet and hoping this will be as efficient as the initial stages.”

“Ordered a quality steel bath and we agreed on a future delivery date (quite tight timescales). The price was good and included the feet that other suppliers charge extra for. Arrived on time and very well packaged on the pallet. Very happy.”

“No problems on ordering needed to check a few things but with the chat service it was fine got the answers straight away the price was very good and as I live not far from them I was able to go and pick it up myself would definitely use it again in the future.”

“I was concerned that delivery would be difficult as I live on a very restricted road. Nationwide Bathrooms arranged to have my order transferred to a small van. I am delighted with my goods as well as the service provided. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.”

“The website is very easy to navigate through and the info on the products is good. from ordering through to delivery is very efficient and even when there is a hickup it is sorted out with ease. I have used this site several times and will no doubt use it many more times in the future, Do try this company out as you will not regret it.”

“Efficient delivery and pretty straightforward to put up, though my larger screen would have benefitted from having three people rather than two at key moments! Works well, though seals between panes do not stop all water from a shower head sprayed directly at them.”

“Excellent customer service. Really happy and would recommend it. I had a part missing they were so helpful and spoke to the manufacturer on my behalf and it turned up two days later. They kept in contact so I knew what was happening. Really happy and great to see such helpful staff. The product is great and turned up when expected. Highly recommend.”

“Ordering was very easy. The website was easily navigated and delivery was very good. I forgot to place the order as urgent when I made the payment so I sent an email afterward. I received a phone call and the response was very good and delivery was made urgently as I had requested.”

“Ordered a shower unit from them and I was really impressed with the level of customer service from NBs. I didn't want it delivered straight away and asked for a delay of two weeks. They kept in contact and communication was outstanding. The delivery company they used was also very good. Even helped me lug a heavy item up the stairs... I was very impressed.”
