“Customer support very good as well as the price. Checked the shower screen and there was a missing screw. They responded to my email with a couple of hours and they contacted the supplier promptly and the screw arrived within a couple of days which made the fitter very happy.”

“Absolutely perfect so far. Helped us get the right products over the phone. The prices are good and the delivery was on time. All the boxes are in good condition so hopefully, nothing damaged. We are storing them until the extension is complete so will update this review if anything is wrong, but I do not expect any problems.”

“With Nationwide Bathrooms it was possible to use their showroom for ideas etc. Take measurements and then go home to check fit. We then ordered online, with timed next day delivery as standard. They even gave us our local store as a contact point in case of any problems. Very efficient and helpful.”

“Very good customer service. Questions on the Website answered within 10 minutes. I was trying to find a replacement toilet seat for my bathroom and I supplied them with the photograph of a damaged toilet seat - they identified a replacement, only better - and I got a discount.”

“I have just bought a new shower tray from Nationwide Bathrooms and I found their service excellent, I had to add to the order and when I rang them to make the changes they were very courteous and even offered me a quicker delivery date. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.”

“Easy to use the website, goods ordered and delivered as stated on the website. One item a shower enclosure was delivered 23hrs following the order being put in. Would certainly use them again.”

“First time user but a pleasant surprise. The website is easy to use, information over the phone accurate and helpful. The one item they couldn't give info on they gave me manufacturers number so sorted straight away. It took about a week (as stated) for everything to arrive but again good service, thank you all up and running now, and looks great.”
