“Very poor customer service. I tried to get their packing team to send my orders no signature required, and just got fobbed off by the people who reply to the "contact us" emails. My business went elsewhere.”

“The Practitioners I have spoken with have been extremely helpful whenever ive needed a new script for suppliments for my daughters treatment regiment. They have also been very appoachable and super if ive had any questions. The site is easy to navigate and use. My supplements have always been well packaged and delivered as per their guidelines. Highly recommend”

“Ordered 3 items on 23/12/2024 Paid for express post next day delivery Responded to the email for holiday period delivery Left a message on natural chemist answering machine nearly one week later never heard back Parcel arrived on new years eve. Dont take peoples money for express post when you know you cant deliver it and check your message machine.”
