“Excellent service and efficiency. My only problem is that I bought the products living outside of Australia and now I am having problems getting them cleared through Customs and having to pay another tax as I am being treated as an importer. So, a word of warning, unfortunately if you are living in Europe, it is not advisable to order/buy from outside the European market. It's alot of paper work and money”

“I recently needed some assistance in ordering a prescription-only item from the shop to be sent to the UK. I emailed my request and got a rapid response and the product is now on its way. So I would definitely recommend the customer service as being excellent - very prompt, friendly and helpful.”

“Last year between the clinic closing where I used to buy my supplements and covid, I struggled to find the same products available for purchase. Natural Chemist has been great. Items are packaged well. If there's any products no longer available or I have a question, they telephone me to ensure the order is filled with items and alternatives in my online order. Delivery arrives fairly quickly. If there's going to be a delay in the delivery, they call me to let me know. I can upload prescriptions online. I'm very pleased with the service from Natural Chemist.”
