“Very responsive, quick delivery and love you use compostable packaging. Id prefer if the prices are advertised beforehand but in general the prices are pretty good.”

Hi Ivonne, Thanks very much for your review and feedback. We show prices as soon as we are permitted to do so. Some of the brands we stock, especially the higher potency practitioner grade brands, require us to only display price to authorised members.

“Hi there, The order was held up by one of the supplements, but I only found out when I called in. It turned out I wasn't in any rush for that particular supplement so it would be good to be sent a quick email to give me the choice to wait for the whole order, or to collect the other items. Staff were friendly over the phone and when I collected the order.”

“I tried to send these supplements back. The cost from the US to Natural Chemis which is overseas is ridiculous. I sent them an email before the supplements were shipped to cancel the order and they sent it anyway. The cost to send the items back is what I paid for which is $100 or more. Then they take 10% off of unopened items.”

“I ordered an afvertised product of $41. I received a replacement of $27. The original product has now been removed from the website. Apparantly the 'retail price' of my replacement has now been upgraded. What a joke! The retail price is still advertised as $27 Future customers, please be aware!”
