“Ordering is easy and delivery is mostly within a reasonable time. But I don't like you charging my CC before the item is shipped.”

“Unfortunately the parcel has gone missing. Even though there was a picture put forward from your courier yet no one has seen the parcel. It’s inside the building foyer with locked entry. This is a very expensive and disturbing problem.”

“No problems with order but unfortunately the cardboard container was crushed in the soft pack mail bag and the PHGG leaked out a bit. I transferred it into a glass jar as soon as I opened it. I didn't take a picture, apologies.”

“Love the bespoke cream for my daughter's eczema. This was prescribed by her naturopath. The ordering and delivery process with Natural Chemist is straightforward and usually prompt. Their range of products is somewhat limited, however.”
