“My order went to Genwich NSW not to me. Not impressed”

Hi Janine, Thank you for your review. Your order was indeed shipped to Tasmania however due to significant damage in transit by Auspost, it was sent back to us with a note of apology from them. This of course was out of our control, however we have organised a re-shipment for you express which will be shipped today! “Great products and prices but not happy with the customer service. I understand that supply chains are a mess at the moment but the customers shouldn’t have to chase for ETAs after multiple deadlines pass and no stock. Placed an order in August and received it in Jan, the original ETA when ordering was 2 weeks.”

“I placed an order and the address entered incorrectly from your end and still now I did my best with Usps and aust post to get my item but no response till now and I need it for our case to start the protocol”

“Usually have no issues but took ages this time and only seemed to get moving when I rang to complain. This is not cool. If its going to be late, just let people know please. Don't wait for them to call.”
