“Love using this site when my prescriptions are out of stock from my naturopath. The staff is lovely to talk to and the ease of uploading my scripts is easy -ish. My only fault is the delivery time. It doesn't seem to matter if you pay for regular or fast tracked delivery, it still takes about the same time, which is ages! I have been waiting over a 2 weeks for my latest script and still have not received yet.”

Hi Hayleigh, Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoy using our portal to purchase your scripts :) I can see your first order was shipped within 2 days and arrived within 3 days. Your second order seems to have taken a little longer in transit. Shipped within one day of ordering and arrived within 9 days. I can see there was a public holiday in the week, which would have delayed your order. Our apologies for this. Shipping to Western Australia does often take a little longer than normal due to the distance, this and the public holiday has caused an unusual delay on its delivery which is not a normal occurrence.
