“It took weeks until I received the order. Unfortunately, I had to pay EUR 46,19 to customs since the order price was wrongly stated by Natural Chemist. No reply from customer service regarding my request to refund me that costs up to now.”

“I have placed an order and did not get a confirmation email. After a week, I asked what was going on and the product was not in stock, I have paid express shipping so I should have at least been notified earlier. After asking for a refund, it still hasn’t been sent thru and it’s been a week of following up.”

Hi, thank you for your review. Our confirmation emails are automated and should come through immediately. We do recommend checking your junk box as we find they can sometimes get lost there. We do apologize for the inconvenience of this. It seems the stock has been delayed with our suppliers. We do expect to receive stock however, we have not been informed of the eta for this.
