“I am really happy with the service provided by Natural Chemist. I ordered online but it turned out they had run out of stock of that item, that day, but they messaged me immediately offering a refund or a similar product from a different brand which I accepted as it was the same formulation. The items arrived quickly and well packaged. That's a great way to deal with this kind of thing as it saved me searching again and I got what I needed.”

“Easy to purchase, delivered in a reasonable time frame considering postal delays due to lockdown. Love that my packages come as small as possible. Can't stand receiving large boxes for a few items. Thank you Natural Chemist.”
