Poor response from a person called Tayla re: refund on a mistakenly ordered measuring cup. Then I received a better response from someone called Annie, however it was bad customer service and unnecessary for her to add "we've never had this complaint from anyone else". It's wrong to use that argument---it's extremely invaludating

It took weeks until I received the order. Unfortunately, I had to pay EUR 46,19 to customs since the order price was wrongly stated by Natural Chemist. No reply from customer service regarding my request to refund me that costs up to now.

I have placed an order and did not get a confirmation email. After a week, I asked what was going on and the product was not in stock, I have paid express shipping so I should have at least been notified earlier. After asking for a refund, it still hasn’t been sent thru and it’s been a week of following up.
