Poor response from a person called Tayla re: refund on a mistakenly ordered measuring cup. Then I received a better response from someone called Annie, however it was bad customer service and unnecessary for her to add "we've never had this complaint from anyone else". It's wrong to use that argument---it's extremely invaludating

I ordered online but it turned out they had run out of stock of that item, that day, but they messaged me immediately offering a refund or a similar product from a different brand which I accepted as it was the same formulation.

Prompt and excellent service. I was promptly contacted to advise that one of my ordered items had been on back-order, other items were distributed first. Refund for discontinued item was promptly processed.

Just a helpful hint would be that the system tells you when you need a script for items chosen and paid for prior to paying then a refund wouldn't have to go through.

There was a delivery issue on my product apparently due to Covid. So it arrived outside the recommended fridge life and i made contact to explain the situation. I was thankfully given a full refund by Natural Chemist. The staff were great and helpful. I will use them again!!
