“The packaging of my tincture was quite poor as my parcel was partially open.. I was also a little diappointed to receive a tincture without a dropper.”

Hi Dot, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about your packaging and the damage upon delivery. We are working to improve this constantly, whilst also trying to maintain a level of sustainability for the environment. In regards to your herbal bottle, our portal does allow practitioners to select a dropper bottle if preferred. This was not selected for your herbal mix which is why it wasn't shipped with one. If specified on patients' scripts, we can accommodate a dropper infuture. I would recommend requesting this with your practitioner for next time!
