“Hi, It would be great if the time taken to send out orders could be quicker. I've had times where its been a week from when order was placed until it has been shipped and I've had to follow up every couple days as emails are rarely answered. The staff are lovely and always very nice on the phone.”

Hi Lavina, Thank you very much for your feedback. Looking at the AusPost tracking your order got caught up in Victoria's Covid lockdown. Shipping to Melbourne is normally 2-3 days for regular post, but your order sat in an AusPost warehouse for 18 days, and AusPost couldn't tell us why! Really sorry you had that experience. We are going to trial other couriers to see what the performance is like, and hopefully Vic comes out of lockdown very soon. Thanks again.

Hi Melinda, Sorry that it took so long for your parcel to arrive. Based on AusPost tracking it got caught in Victoria's Covid lockdown. We are trialling courier alternatives for future orders, and of course, hopefully the lockdown will be over soon. Again, sorry for the delay.
