“Unfortunately I did not notice email or phone message left. Life sometimes just gets in the way. I wish you would have been able to contact my referrer to sort the situation as Ive only just started ordering these products . My fault over all but will have to pay for more postage by the looks of it.”

Thanks very much for your feedback. We do appreciate it. We are trialling different packaging options and will phase out all styrofoam eskies very soon. I think however you may have been referring to the packaging peanuts, please know that they are not styrofoam, they are biodegradable and can be put in your compost. Also, any plastic we do use for packaging is recycled from the deliveries we receive from our suppliers.

“Order was received okay, delayed in postage and was unsure when the parcel was due to arrive until day of. My only criticism was that the tincture has no ingredients listed on the bottle - I have no idea what I am drinking, and with an intimidating smell I had trepidation initially about injesting something that smelt so strongly like poison :)”
