Still waiting for my order from 12/6! I now have a tracking # but all they did was print a label and it hasn't shipped yet and the label was created almost a week ago. I don't believe these reviews on this site because there is noway that average delivery time is within 5 days!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! I am a struggling artist, it was hard for me to come up with $ for this bundle, but I really believe in making the switch. Habitat Botanicals sent me HALF of what I paid for and refuses to get back to me- They barely fill their containers, making these products a massive waste of packaging materials. NOT ECO FRIENDLY AT ALL! I'm very disappointed and have found alternative suppliers on Etsy.

I ordered from here at the end of November and still have not received my product. I sent an email mid December and they replied that it would be shipped within 7-10 Business days. 2 weeks later I sent them not 1 but 2 emails to cancel the order and refund my money wheich were BOTH ignored. I made a complaint with PayPal stating what had happened and what they did was send a shipping confirmation # after the fact; instead of replying to the multiple times I told them to refund my money. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers I should've read the reviews beforehand.

It is now two days short of a month and I STILL do not have my product from this company. I suspect a scam and am deeply dissapointed. I was sooo ready to share this product with my friends. NOW! I just want my money back! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :(

Hey Mindy! Hannah here. We got super overloaded during the holidays and our fulfillment centre couldn't keep up, so orders got behind a bit. But we're getting through them all now, and I can assure you that you will receive your order! If it hasn't already gone out, I will prioritize it right now and make sure it ships today!

Ordered 11/19/19 and never received anything. After reading the reviews, I’m getting a refund from my credit card company as this is apparently a scam/fake company.

Very very upset by this company and their horrible lies!! I ordered a package on 11/28/19 and received one email on 11/30/19 letting me know that they were behind on orders and I could email them if I wanted it expedited. I emailed them to expedite the order received a response back on 12/6/19 that they were "working on my order and had marked it URGENT"! I have still received nothing and several email excuses that it was shipped but maybe I gave a wrong address, they had issues with the shippers....and very lengthy responses..over and over. Today is 1/6/20 and still my order has not shipped!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU DO RECEIVE ANYTHING..YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REORDER !! NOW I AM ASKING FOR A REFUND..SURE THEY WILL GIVE AN EXCUSE WHY MY MONEY CANNOT BE RETURNED TO ME..probably"got lost in an email..."

Hi Kym! Hannah here. I apologize for our delay during the holidays, we got overloaded and our fulfillment centre couldn't keep up. But your refund was processed in full. Jaymie and I are opening up a location in Canada to make and ship products from so this never happens again and we can make sure everything is done properly and on time. I hope you give our products a chance in the future!

I ordered my 2 boxes in late November as a gift to my mother and aunt for their birthdays that were in early December. I still have not received them and it is over a month later. I have contacted support many times and every time they promise that it will be here by a certain date and it never happens. I feel like this company is a scam since I cannot even track my order and I still have not received my boxes.

Ordered this at the start of November and still haven't received it 2 months later. They did respond to my first to emails that they were still ordering products in, but after that they have not replied to my further emails. Better communication would really help in this situation.

I ordered three bundles on Nov. 30th. Was told delivery would be 5-10 days. I emailed after three weeks to inquire when my package would arrive. Got no response. Emailed a week later to inquire again. No response. I put a complaint on their feed on Facebook, and got a several paragraph rambling explanation of why I did not get my package, ranging from "It must be lost" to "We are sending extra items to make up for the delay". The items were meant to be Christmas gifts. A package finally arrived on Dec. 28. The items I ordered were not all there. Other things I did not order were included. I am done with this merchant. Still waiting for the fulfillment of the order correctly, but will NEVER order from them again!!! My sisters still do not have their Christmas gifts, and I am frustrated!

I ordered a package of product Dec 12. Still waiting. wrote once. Got a "we're backed up it's coming" email. I asked for a tracking number but still nothing. Getting rather discouraged.

ordered mine on Nov 23. for Christmas gifts. Of course, no order and no tracking number. Sent email on 12/16 they said the order had shipped and I should receive before Christmas. Here it is 12/30 still no delivery. RUN FAST AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered my products on December 7 and still have not received them( I wrote this on 12/27).They “rest assured” me that they would definitely arrive before Christmas. No tracking was ever provided even though they make you download an app so you can track the shipment. Now they have gone dark and are not responding to my inquiry emails. This all made for an uncomfortable Christmas for a couple people on my list as they did not get gifts. Worried my $84 is gone and not sure what to do about it yet. Products may be great, but the company and customer service are not. Cannot recommend.

Hey Mark, Hannah here. I can't find any orders in our system that are unfulfilled for the name Mark so I am assuming yours has been shipped! I apologize for our delay, we got crazy busy during the holidays and our fulfillment centre couldn't keep up. Due to this we had more than 300 emails to respond to and only one customer service member so it was impossible for him to get through all the emails. We've hired on 2 more since then and have gotten to all of the emails! I hope you found our products worth the wait. I ordered my products over a month ago. Received no info from company so I emailed to ask when order would ship. They have now given me a number of excuses including the unbelievable best - they have shipped my order, twice, so it must have gone to the wrong address or been stolen, however, they have no tracking numbers or information about when or how the order was shipped. I have asked to cancel the order and be given a refund. No reply to that request. After I either receive my order (giving them till Jan. 5) or receive a full refund (which I foresee being problematic) I will not purchase from this company again.

Really hated these overrated products. Too expensive for the quality you get. Shampoo made my hair very messy and thin, no conditioner noticed. Soap is soap, I can buy Dr bronners cheaper and would enjoy more. Toothbrushes are too expensive for the function they perform. The sponge is very prickly and I wouldn't even dare use it - as if made from bad old wool. Lip balm is greasy and doesn't heal my lips. Deodorants don't really help with sweating, the scent is so so. What else was there in the bundle? All went to trash, because after contacting the customer support they only gave me an option of return, but I already trashed it all or the condition became unsendable. Too much hassle. Respectable companies who value their reputation would say either to send a replacement or money back without sending anything back. It was big money for me and I'll never return to them again with such prices and service. By the way, the company said they're Canadian, the package comes from Michigan or somewhere else in the US, and the products are made in Turkey. Are you guys hassling yourselves just the way you do it with your customers? And the shipping took a really long time. By that time I was about to cancel the order but it showed up after like a month or even more.

Ordered on 11/26, have not received word on shipping date. I sent an email, as suggested within order invoice, but no response so far. My account was charged $54.71 on 11/27. I would certainly like to have this item by Christmas. Janet

Worst Company! I placed my order 16 days ago. Every time I contact them about it they respond by saying they're busy and understaffed, but that my order will get sent out. And then it doesn't get sent out. BEWARE! BTW They keep sending me emails wanting me to order more stuff. Ha Ha!

The deoderant bar gave me a horrible rash the first time I used it and the shampoo bar made my hair feel horrible and look greasy. When I said something about it on facebook I was met with nasty replies. I will never use any of their products again.
