“My dog loves the raw completes and I am very happy that the packaging is eco-friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you often are out of stock of some completes. Your prices are relatively high, but I accept that with the high quality meat and eco-friendly packaging.”

“My fist order having decided to try raw for my 3 spaniels. The oldest of which has been having some issues looking bloated and weighing a bit heavy since she was spayed. Since raw feeding she is much better! All three love the meat. I have also ordered the veg to mix in. I sometimes wish that there was a choice to buy the meals ready mixed with the veg. One of my dogs is a puppy and she is doing really well on it. All three love meal times now! Trouble is the food is just gone in a a couple of seconds! I spread it on licky mats to make them work a bit more for it. I chose this product because the packaging is biodegradable, no plastic! All in all fabulous food for dogs. I might need a new freezer to keep it all in!”

“Overall, pretty good I’d say really. Only quibbles for me would be DPD charge for delivery and the container in which the product is contained in. The product adheres to the sides on every box I’ve had and I’m losing quite a lot of product if you add it up cumulatively.”

Hi Neil, thanks for taking the time to write a review Re: the product sticking to the tubs, don't worry we are on it. It's been a lot of work (to keep it all fully compostable, we could have easily just chucked it in plastic to solve the issue) but we'll be launching new packaging later this year that is coated in some clever stuff that stops that happening.

Hi Denise, thanks for taking the time to write a review :) We hear what you're staying about stock and we are doing our best. On top of the ever increasing demand for our food, like every other food manufacturer we've been pretty hard hit by the unprecedented perfect storm of Brexit and Covid. So some ingredients are pretty tricky to get hold of on in enough quantity at the moment to keep the whole range in stock at once. Paws crossed it improves over the next month or two, we are also further upgrading our production facilities to cope with demand. take care x

“The food is top quality my dog loves it, cant say the same about customer service which i find poor no telephone number everything has to be done by email when sometimes a phone call would be better, had a few issue's with liners which is now sorted found having to email and wait for your slow reply was not good”

“Great food. My dog loves it and is thriving. Good delivery service. I don't like not being able to speak to anyone though - would much prefer there to be a phone number. Email contact is efficient but not personal. Also would have appreciated am email to all your customers to inform us of your move from Hessay as I used to use the shop there.”

Hi Wendy, thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are looking at adding a phone line in the future but we are a small team and all involved in making and dispatching the food on a daily basis to cope with demand, we find the team can deal with customer service far more efficiently via email. Xx Ps. We did send an email! We also had notices up at hessay for a couple of months before we moved. That said - our apologies if you were non the wiser though.

“Love the packaging. Really good delivery. Brilliant meat. My only gripe is when I order there are several varieties out of stock. I have a very picky Beardie who only likes certain varieties. Having said that Naturaw is the only product on the market that he will eat.”

“Great service & quality and my boy is enjoying the food, when I ordered though I would have like of been able to order more single protein completes or 80/10/10. Great packaging non plastic and environmentally friendly however with the packaging I do find there's quite a lot of waste that doesn't come off the cardboard box very well maybe a paper liner around the meat would help if cost effective so not a lot of meat is being wasted.”

“I was very impressed with the packaging and quality of the meat and my Dobermann really enjoyed it BUT he doesn’t do well with mince so has chunks of meat and raw bones and although I would love to get all his food from Naturaw, there just isn’t enough choice of chunked meat and bones to allow me to do so because of the amount you need to order for safe delivery. It’s such a shame as I would really love to support this company.”

“The venison order that I had was of a very good quality but appeared dry compared to other suppliers. Is this because the packaging has absorbed any liquid from the meat? Disliked the fact that the meat stuck to the sides of the packaging and so you lost a few grams of meat each time.”

“My boys absolutely love the 80:10:10 range - fabulous quality, love the ethics behind it. Would have been 5 stars but such a shame products are temporarily out of stock so regularly :-(”

Hey Robert, thanks for taking the time to write us a review. If pups were raw weaned and had variety from 3 weeks then no reason not to feed wider variety straight away - Otherwise once they are settled in new home, eating raw with nice firm poops and can manage chunkier mince - (all but very small breed puppies) then should be fine to increase variety of meat types by 4 months. Each dog is individual so introduce new meats steadily and continue to use the puppy mince as base and add few meals a week of other types until feeding at least 4 different meat types across the week. Hope this helps :) xx

“My pup loves this food; it smells good and has a firm meaty texture and I’m really pleased with how easy it is to feed. The compostable packaging is a great feature compared to endless plastic containers used by other brands and makes Naturaw my definite preferred choice.”

“My dogs eat every last bit they look great and are very healthy. There is no hesitation in eating like they had with kibble. I hand feed as part of a training program and it’s manageable. The container is great being environmentally friendly however it irritates me that the meat sticks to it.”
