“Food arrived a day late and partially thawed. I emailed for the second time and have not received a response or compensation. Other than that, pretty good. More organic products needed.”

“Our beautiful hound always looks forward very much to her Naturaw food. She loves all the varieties. The eco credentials are great too. We moved from a manufacturer specifically due to the amount of plastic received with our order from that we could not recycle. Well done, Naturaw and thank you!”

“I have fed my dogs raw for a while, have bought from different companies but love Naturaw especially for its ethics. My dogs get a mix from the complete menus and then when I've got time I do DIY for which the Forage Pure Blend supplement is unbeatable.”

“I would have given 5 stars, as the food is excellent quality and gets a definite tail-up from my Pom. I've deducted a star because although the packaging is very attractive and eco-friendly, it's way too big for the contents! Takes up a lot of space in the freezer for each 500g pack. Reduce the size of the packaging and it would be 5 stars for sure.”

Hi Janet - thanks for the feedback. The tray needs to be a bit bigger than the contents so that the food can be dropped cleanly into the tray. A tray only just as big as the food would end up with bits of food all over the edges which would be messy and unhygeinic. OR it would mean they had to be meticulously placed in by hand which would result in the cost going up. It may seem trivial, but It's something we've spent a great deal of time and r&d on perfecting :) Take care x

“Just a week in and Naturaw Forage blend is looking the top nosh for our 2-year-old border terrier. Previously she was using a well-known cubed frozen raw food available direct or from Pets at Home. Recently that food didn't agree with her and to us it seemed suddenly different - quite watery, insipid and poorer quality. Dog's nose turned up a couple of times too. Shrinkflation comes to mind. Inquired of that company and never received a reply call! Enter Naturaw. Great delivery and high quality, appears very meaty and firm, not mushy. Moreover, so far the dog loves it. So a winner all round and this is now our go-to brand.”
