“We did a lot of reading and research before deciding which raw diet to switch to. One of our dogs was having consistent tummy issues on a big brand (supposedly digestion friendly) food. Literally within days of starting naturaw he was back to firm movements. Both dogs love the food, literally skipping around waiting for the bowl to be put down. Packaging is great, choice of flavours is great and brilliant to give our dogs a change each day, no issues with delivery. It's nice to get 5% off with a subscription but a shame that is basically added back with the delivery charge.”

“Delivery not received. Eventually refunded. Unable to comment on product. Despite non-delivery not directly the fault of Naturaw it impacts on my perception of them.”

Hi Mike, Thank you for your review, apologies that DPD failed to deliver to you on this occasion, I can see on our system that we offered to replace your order as soon as possible and this would have been due for delivery the following day, however this was declined. Your order was refunded in full within minutes after we had spoken to you on the phone and as a gesture of goodwill we also offered to send a replacement order. Many thanks

“I have tried both the starter and forage range and both are excellent quality. I have tried other brands but Naturaw both exceeds in quality and service! Could not recommend more. My dog absolutely loves all ☺️”

“Dog food is very good, used to use Raw Made Simple but they altered the size of the mince grade and it is now like a pate`, your product seems to be a better size for my dog.”

“As far as raw dog food goes this is by far the best. It’s fresh and absolutely 100% all meat. Our dogs love it. The service is fast and reliable and the packing is all recyclable. This certainly is the best raw food for our dogs.”

“I can honestly say on behalf of our dog she thinks Naturaw is the most delicious thing she has ever eaten, even better than socks! (and she loves those…). She has moved from the puppy meals, which she yummed down to the adult flavours. She didn’t know food could get even better! She positively dances with delight waiting for me to put it in her bowl. She appears to enjoy all the flavours with equal love.”

“I love this company, and so does my Dog Mungo, the Beddlington x Whippet. Everything about them from the product, which goes down at great speed and little comes out !! To the communication, not too much but always reminders on time; to the enviromentally conscious packaging which can be returned , reused and credited for; to the speed of delivery, which is important as its frozen. I have almost no complaints at all and would and do recomend Naturaw wholeheartedly”

“First time using raw food products. First few days went very well. Dog seemed to enjoy but now he refuses to eat it - this is nothing new, he has always done it. Fussy wee boy. I'll continue to persevere. Aside from the above product is clearly of excellent quality. Well packaged with good descriptive detail on labels. I'd recommend.”
