“Great product, packaging, clear website, prompt delivery. Would like option to order less, a mini box (only feeding 100g/day so I have to buy months of food at a time, and it fills my entire freezer!)”

“I love your products but as we are trying to sort out our Dog's itchy coat problem by avoiding chicken and beef our choice is extremely limited - basically to lamb or a mix that includes lamb, which as it's high in fat we don't want her to have every day. Could you look at inventing other options to cater for people like us? I know many suffer the same issues so more choices that included pork, fish and turkey would be really helpful. Thank you so much for all you do. 🙏🙏”

“We bought this food BC it was the top rated on allaboutdogfood.com and you can really tell the difference between Naturaw and the one I was feeding previously, in that it's not like mush. The ingredients looks great. My only gripe is you can't actually peel the film of the container back, it takes the rest of the packaging with it, so I end up having to cut it so it means covering it isn't as effective.”

“Great product and quality, only small issue is the packaging. The pull tab lifts the entire contents away from the biodegradable liner so you end up having to cut it open and you often get in a mess - it’s my only negative!”

“I used to be able to buy "Simply Turkey" but seems to be unavailable for a while now so quite disappointed about that because this had more bone contact as your other products. Due to this I have to buy from another company and pay 2 lots of postage and packing which isn't ideal. Hopefully you can provide "Simply Turkey for my next order which would be great. Otherwise the products I have had seem good quality and my dog seems to gobble it up”

“We absolutely love the naturaw food and the delivery service. Our puppy Marley has been thriving on the puppy forage range. What we like most about naturaw is not only its commitment to making the best food for dogs, but also their eco-conscious packaging system. The only thing that has left us disappointed was the lack of contact regarding our ambassador application. We applied twice and never heard back. Even if unsuccessful, it would be appreciated to hear something back. Many thanks, Izzy & Marley”

“I have a subscription order with naturaw and my dog loves the food. I would highly recommend. I just wish I had the option to add treats or other items to my order or even tweak what I get each month. It would be also great if there was a way to give back the packaging each month.”

“Food is great and I love the fully recyclable, plastic free packaging initiative. Been using since my pup was 8 weeks and he has thrived on the raw diet. Great variety of mixes as well which has been brilliant to ensure my pup gets a variety of meats in his diet. However, the size of the packaging is a negative. It’s super bulky compared to others suppliers meaning they don’t really fit in my freezer. Now my pup is grown and eating more, I have to order less boxes more frequently in order to fit which is getting expensive. Also the film no longer peels from the packet (this has changed in the last month or so) which makes it much less useful when travelling as I have to have something to pierce the film. These two factors are what’s driving me to look elsewhere now due to cost.”

“My Westies absolutely love the food. I love the packaging apart from the bit of paper on the bottom of the food. When it’s thawed I need to physically touch the meat to turn it over and remove this paper, I cannot remove this when it’s frozen. I think this should be removed from your product. Other than that I would highly recommend this food.”

Hi Maria, The small sheet of paper under the product may look insignificant but it’s an essential part of the manufacturing process – in basic terms it allows us to portion the meat more accurately, as it stops the product sticking to the conveyor belt resulting in uneven pack sizes. Without it, every pack would have to be manually weighted by hand resulting in a huge cost increase and/or inaccurate weights. It also would make it very difficult to drop a portion of meat cleanly in to a tray without getting it on the rim - believe us we have tried! If you flip the contents out while still frozen/semi frozen then it just peels of easily. Hope this helps x

“It would have been a 5 if the paper hadn’t recently been changed on the bottom of the meats, the old paper always came off in one, the new paper is a real pain”
