“My dog just love the raw food , the variety is great. So convenient, with it being delivered. Just have to bring out of freezer a couple, every couple of days . Such good quality.”

“The food is always amazing quality my German Shepherd loves it. I really like that all the packaging can be recycled and you get lovey off your orders for returning the box lining. The service is so fast and reliable. I really can’t say anything negative about the company .”

“I have 2 Cockerpoo with occasional sensitive stomachs and fussy tastes, and a miniture poodle. The Turkey, Tripe and Beef Original food is their main food on a day to day basis with some of the other options added for variety. I have tried a few other brands but have found Naturaw the best for digestion, coat and keeping them at the right weight. The plastic free packaging is important to me, I love that itbis all biodegradable …. Please don’t change the is 😊”

Hi Fiona We are thrilled to hear that both owner and dog alike are enjoying the food, thankyou for the kind words. We would just like to mention that the Turkey, Tripe & Beef meal is an offal free meal, offal is an integral part of a raw diet due to it's nutritional benefits and is recommended to be fed at 10% per day. Including Turkey, Tripe & Beef in their weekly diet is definitely a good idea, particularly if they suffer from sensitive tummies, but we would suggest adding more of our 80:10:10 varieties where possible. Feel free to message one of our helpful customer service associates on woof@naturaw.co.uk if you require any assistance in introducing other meals as they will be able to guide you to the most appropriate for your dogs.

“I’ve used naturaw since my dog was a puppy after trying a few different brands, they’ve always been great quality. Would love some info on the reusable lid they said they were developing when they moved to new tubs a few years ago - it’s still a pain just having the film. The price increases over the last couple of years seem to be even higher than general inflation. It seems to go up every time we order which is a shame but makes me more grateful for the liner return discount occasionally and the free postage for the full boxes.”

“Our dogs seem to love your food but the packaging is unnecessarily messy - the sheet under the meat is usually so well stuck to the meat that you can never get it all off, eaning I'm less inclined to then clean it and recycle it. The lids are impossible to peel off too, again meaning I'm not spending the time to pull them off,rinse them off and pop in the recycling.”

Hi Sarah - the film is compostable (see the info printed on the back of each sleeve) so you dont need to separate it, the whole lot can be composted. The film was never supposed to peel off in reality we need it to be a weld seal (like other meat you buy from the supermarket) - we will be removing the pull tab from the lids in the near future as this understandably gives the impression it is supposed to peel off. and re: the sheet on the bottom, it's an essential part of the production process that ensures accurate clean portions in each tray. I find if you flip the whole pack out upside down whilst still semi frozen, it usually peels off fairly easily. Hope this helps explain :)

“Tried to collect parcel, called twice - no one there (I got there 20 past 4 admittedly). No one called me back. It has now been 10 days so I assume I have lost my order. Not brilliant.”

Hi there Jessica We are sorry to hear you have not yet collected your order. Our click and collect shop is physically open for the public and manned every working day until 4.30pm, it will have been open when you arrived at 4.20pm. We currently do not have a customer service telephone line but have checked the logs on the collect phone and we can see 2 missed calls after 4.30pm which unfortunately was out of working hours so will not have been answered - apologies for this.
