“Top quality food (as reported by our pup, Lycha) with the ethics and sustainability I need to see at its core, priced as reasonably as possible given all that care and attention to everything mentioned. We get the big taster box so there are yummy treats thrown in as well as each time being a bit of a surprise. We have never been sent a mixture that didn't disappear at top speed come breakfast or dinner time! Fantastic all round.”

“The delivery was not great. Told it would be delivered between 9.48am and 10.48m but didn't actually turn up until 19.48pm Waited in all day for nothing. The food is ok but is not a complete food as advertised. The complete food is only a small selection which costs more. Unfortunately this is our error for not reading the descriptions enough so we now have 3 months supply of food that is not a complete meal. Disappointed that nothing was offered to remedy this problem. Sadly I don't think we'll be ordering again because of this.”

“Our dog doesn't tolerate dry food - we had a serious issue when he was a puppy which resulted in him being rushed to the vet with severe de-hydration (even though he always had a full water bowl next to his food). We were advised by a dog nutrition specialist to move him to a wet food diet because dogs digestions are designed for wet food. Initially we tried him on ROR but then moved him to Naturaw due to all the positive reviews & ease of ordering online & having the food delivered rather than driving a distance to our nearest ROR retailer. He loves the wide range of Naturaw options & has never been fitter. Great product with very good customer service backed by a genuine interest in animal health. Would highly recommend to other dog owners - we food is best & Naturaw is 'the' best. :-)”

“Fabulous food. Looks just as good as human food! Our GSD puppy loves it. The flavour choices are brilliant. Her coat is so shiny and she has an increased energy. Superb. And DPD courier are a great choice as they are always extremely reliable.”

“After years of throwing away tinned food my dog refused to eat, we found Naturaw. She never leaves a scrap and is the fittest, healthiest dog for miles I recommend the food to everyone I meet that has a fussy dog or is unhappy with the quality of the food they are currently buying for their them. I know what is in it and I know what my dog is eating. As close to a natural diet as possible Long live Naturaw! (In the photo. She is happy really!)”

“I feed three dogs Naturaw and I am so impressed with the quality, choice of the meals available. Most importantly my dogs love it even the fussy poodle cross has never refused a single meal. I would recommend Naturaw everytime.”

“Love Naturaw. With a dog who is intolerant to many things including some veg like carrot it’s good to find a quality product. She also seems ok with the grass fed chicken when chicken is normally a no go. The peel off tray lining is brilliant for recycling the tubs as means they are clean. Would like more choice of single proteins as many are mixed but fab products- highly recommend and also the treats are a big hit!!”

“We’ve tried a few raw foods for our dog Magnum and Naturaw has by far come tops. The food is very clean and pure and Magnum loves it. The variety is also great for the ginger fur ball …. We’ve struggled in the past with his sensitive tummy but he’s been great on this. A company that deeply cares about its product and the four legged creatures who consume it. I highly recommend it.”

“Been ordering here for over a year now. Quality of the food is good, we avoid the pork product as this doesn't suit our dog, delivery is good and items always turn up frozen and in good condition. The website isn't the best to navigate and there is no incentive offered for repeat business.”

“We have been using Naturaw original and forage for about two years now. Our French Bulldog loves it and is thriving on it. Love the environmental ethics of the whole brand. Plenty of flavours to choose from, but could do with some rabbit options please as this is one of his favourites but we have to source from elsewhere.”
