“I’ve used naturaw since my dog was a puppy after trying a few different brands, they’ve always been great quality. Would love some info on the reusable lid they said they were developing when they moved to new tubs a few years ago - it’s still a pain just having the film. The price increases over the last couple of years seem to be even higher than general inflation. It seems to go up every time we order which is a shame but makes me more grateful for the liner return discount occasionally and the free postage for the full boxes.”

“Our dogs seem to love your food but the packaging is unnecessarily messy - the sheet under the meat is usually so well stuck to the meat that you can never get it all off, eaning I'm less inclined to then clean it and recycle it. The lids are impossible to peel off too, again meaning I'm not spending the time to pull them off,rinse them off and pop in the recycling.”

Hi Sarah - the film is compostable (see the info printed on the back of each sleeve) so you dont need to separate it, the whole lot can be composted. The film was never supposed to peel off in reality we need it to be a weld seal (like other meat you buy from the supermarket) - we will be removing the pull tab from the lids in the near future as this understandably gives the impression it is supposed to peel off. and re: the sheet on the bottom, it's an essential part of the production process that ensures accurate clean portions in each tray. I find if you flip the whole pack out upside down whilst still semi frozen, it usually peels off fairly easily. Hope this helps explain :)

“I've done a lot of research on raw food before selecting Naturaw for my two dogs and it really is the best out there. My pups love the food and I feel content knowing I'm giving them the best nutrition they can have. Delivery is super quick and convenient. I don't love the practicality of the packaging, i like that it is environmentally friendly but thats it. The paper the food sits on is a pain and difficult to remove and as the tray is not resealable (one tray lasts a few days in our house) I have to transfer the food to another sealed container. But these are minor inconveniences for such a great food.”

“The food is great and my dog loves it. I feel the packaging has space for improvement, and there should be a clear disclaimer to remove a sheet of paper from the food before serving (I didn't notice it for the first couple of servings, fortunately no ill effects but still...)”

“Our pup loves the food. We did struggle with digestive and glad issues when he was on kibble and wet food but this is all now a think of the past. Only thing to look at is the peel of the packaging, sometimes trying to peel off the lid peels off the tray coating making it hard to open. Other than this the actual product is 5 stars!”

“Izzy loves the food so far ,she hasn't had all varieties yet .we were very happy with the delivery and love the packaging. Find the web site a bit challenging as seems very slow ,but overall as a first purchase I would say very very good .”

“Love everything about your company except the ordering process. Maybe you are just giving too many options but it is just confusing to navigate. Visibly better quality meat compared to the company which I am currently using so I will be making another order soon.”

“Excellent products, my dog loves it,good reliable deliveries. Tripe is extremely good for dogs so maybe more meals which include part tripe would be popular with me also a choice course and the present mince would be good”

“Product is great - my dog loves it! Delivery cost is high, making it uneconomic to have deliveries. Have to go to local store to buy naturaw, and be tempted by other brands... If delivery was free, I'd put naturaw on subscription.”

“The dog likes the food. The packaging and ethics bog the company are way better than competitors. Delivery is a bit hit and miss but the customer team do well to resolve problems. I’d like to see more standard recipes fully organic please.”

“Our dog really seems to like the food, so we're happy. Just not sure our freezer is big enough for going 100%. An item was missed in our first order though, which doesn't give a great first impression, and now over a week later we're still waiting for it.”

“I love Naturaw as my German Shepard has a paricularly sessitive tummy, she cannot tolerate any sweet potato or grain which ois used in a lot of other raw meat product, keeping her on Naturaw has improved her tummy upsets and she is much healthier .”

“Love the packaging of this food, the fact that everything is recyclable or compostable. Also love that the food is super nutritional for my dog. Opportunities for improvement in subscription delivery, need to be able to chose delivery date/day and when subscribing delivery should be free.”

“Really fast delivery, great packing and my dog really loves the food. My only comment would be on the responses to your customer services. We submitted a question around two weeks ago now and still haven’t heard back. This is an area I think could do with improvement.”
