“My dog loves your food and we can't fault it apart from the packaging, that really lets it down. It didn't used to be like this,hope you can fix it.... very frustrating as it never opens properly, you always have to tear the inner bit which is annoying”

“I love your products and customer service. My only feedback would be regarding the lids of the food. They are not easy to remove and you end up ripping all the lid apart. This didn’t use to be the case a few months back.”

“We have 2 dogs on Naturaw, one is a puppy. The older dog (only 2) wasn’t that keen on other dog foods but absolutely loves all flavours of Naturaw. The puppy gobbles down her food in a few seconds. Best dog food we have tried.”

“Love being able to schedule a Saturday delivery. Food is great quality and our puppy loves it! The size of packs work well for us. We used allaboutdogfood website and this food came out top for what we needed. I’m really pleased we found it. We’re first time dog owners so haven’t heard of the brand before. Will be a repeat customer forever more. Interested in looking at treats available next!”

“Fantastic product, I have used many other raw products and this is by far the most superior. There is little or no smell, a testament to its freshness, I have three very different dogs and they all love it, even my very very fussy golden doodle. Our dogs are with us for such a short time so I believe we should feed them the best food xx”

“The product itself is great but the change in seal of packaging is horrendous! You can open the seal without using a knife. It used to peel away but now doesn’t no matter which way you do it so I have to use a knife and then clean it”

“The cats love it! They are happy, healthy, their coats are super soft and luscious and their poo doesn't stink up the whole house anymore either 😄 even with one allergic to lamb and also otherwise a fusspot, we have a decent number of flavours to choose from. I also love the B Corp credentials and compostable packaging, the wool liner return scheme and the overall customer experience. The 500g packs are a perfect size for a 2 cat household. Thumbs up from all of us!”
