“What a difference its been changing over, my Maggie was on nature's menu originally but started to look anemic and grainy, since being on naturaw recently you can see the meat is of better colour, better texture and grain free which is great for maggies allergies, she enjoys her meals now and yomps it back whereas I was throwing a lot of the other food away due to her not being interested, will definitely continue to use naturaw, just wish I'd come across you sooner, so thank you for maggies now yummy meals.”

“So far both dogs are really enjoying this. Been on raw food for 2ish years now so decided to shake it up with a new company and the flavours for them seem more diverse so they're happy!”

“We like Naturaw, because it's pure, balanced and makes raw feeding much less messy. We like the packaging it's very convinient and the fact that the raw meat is not soaking in blood, which means less mess ans smell.”

“My dog has been experiencing loose motions recently having been on previous raw diet, following some favourable research I decided to start her naturaw mild chicken as suggested for an upset digestive tract. Initially she sniffed her nose up as she's very fussy, however after sprinkling the food with a little parmesan she wolfed it down! I'm very pleased and relieved to report that her motions have returned to a normal consistency and she is one happy dog. In a few days I will introduce your other flavours and I'm sure she will love those as much. Many thanks from a new customer.”

“My dog will not eat the chicken or lamb only the beef ,when I contacted natural to ask why the food is all grey and pasty I was told that it depends on the batch ,then why are all three meats grey? The advice I was given to get the dog to eat it was to add yoghurt or tinned fish ,this is not great when I am paying a premium price for the food.”

the color/texture is actually pretty easy to explain. When you add all of the whole food ingredients (most of which are green, or purple!) to red meat, it dulls the brightness of the meat somewhat. It’s the same cuts of meat we use in all our products but a mince of eg. Just beef and chicken, is going to be far more vibrant red than one with 15 addition whole foods, organic veg and botanicals. Texture wise, we intentional mix Forage products thoroughly to a slightly finer consistency than our original range, this is to ensure accurate distribution of all the many ingredients. A chunky mince may look nice in photos but it will not be consistently mixed so that every spoonful contains the right amount of everything. This is so important with a meticulously balanced complete food. Forage still has a chunkier texture than most commercial true complete food on the market.

“My two Jack Russell adolescents would not eat any of the food , I ended up throwing away virtually all the delivery . Never again would I order anything from you . Why did I place the order ? I was ordering online and I mistook my regular supplier for you . £68 thrown away .”

Hi Brian, This review makes no sense. If you could order from the wrong company throughout the entire ordering process then it stands to reason this review may not be the most accurate. Our food and our company are multi award winning, we pride ourselves on every tub that leaves the kitchen. We've been awarded by the King, we are a certified B Corp, our customer reviews are almost exclusively positive. If there is an issue we would ask you to contact customerservicenaturaw.co.uk rather that leave a defamatory and questionably accurate review for a small business. All the best

“Well packaged, quick delivery and environmentally friendly. But the most important thing, my dog loves it. She's a rescue with a delicate stomach and was having issues with dry food. Within a couple of days on Naturaw her stomach settled and she's a happy dog!! Lamb and duck appears to be her favourite!!”

“Packaging is great and perfect it’s 100% recyclable. The quality of the food is seen in the health of the dogs, their coat, teeth are all improved and the fact they have very little to clear up now is true testament to how good the food is vs kibble etc and other brands we tried.”

“Our dog, a picky eater, loves his raw meat, particularly now that we defrost and as suggested, portion up the meat and refreeze so that his food is always freshly defrosted.”

“My dog was really struggling with stomach issues and we were spending a fortune on rubbish supermarket food. We switched to Naturaw ‘original’ range recently and she loves it and her stomach has improved vastly. She wasn’t keen on the forage range but every dog is different!”

“Love Naturaw ... what more can I say? When looking to start our pooch on raw food we took a couple of wrong turns but since finding this incredibly ethically sound, conveniently portioned quality manufacturer, we've never looked back. Variety, ingredients, packaging are all first rate and the delivery arrangements are also unbeatable in my view. Thank you, from us, from our beloved Molly and I'm sure thousands of other furry friends. If you are on the fence, jump over it, it really is worth it :-)”

“Delivery comes next day, yes you’re paying for it for a small order but DPD will deliver guaranteed. Box comes marked as it MUST bet delivered same day. Despite me not being in the driver left with a neighbour. Packaging is plastic free so not guilt in environmental problems. Not only these two factors but the food is clean and high quality. The team are very quick to email back to any questions, I had mine within the hour. Helpful and polite staff.”
