“I buy the original range. I like the variety that is available…beef and duck, mild chicken, tripe and heart…good combinations.. I like if I order on Monday it arrives Tuesday.. I think the packing is well designed….the 30 tray box fits 4 x wool liners exactly…someone thought about that…,”

“So many things to love about this product - human grade ingredients, chunky texture, variety of proteins, fair price, all packaging compostable or recyclable. My greyhound boy is now 12 and loves the senior recipe. I think the picture of King Louis with his crown on the sleeve gives him ideas though ...”

“Our dog likes the food. Great that the packaging is recyclable. The website could do with improving. We always find the delivery slot is too late in the day and the frozen food is starting to defrost.”

“I love the packaging. Ingredients sound amazing but our dog will only eat it if he’s really hungry which is getting stressful if we are on a schedule and have to be out for the day and need him to eat his breakfast. It also gets very expensive for a 17kg growing dog! We are going to try a fresh cooked alternative instead. His coat is definitely shiny though.”

“Used 3 years, lovely products, lovely company, dog happy and healthy. I get the mixed taster box and the forage botanical blend. One complaint - please stop the soggy paper at bottom of tray if at all possible!”

“High quality natural meat dog food that my dog loves. I mix it with dry food and he wolfs it down every time. Great variety of meats; I’d go so far as to say, it’s better than what I eat!”

“I have been feeding my dogs Naturaw for a few years now and they love it. My only negative comment is, I don't actually like the new packaging, I like the fact that it is all compostable, but the food all sticks to the silly bit of paper in the bottom and the actual plastic lining never comes apart by hand. My other negative is there are no local suppliers here and the delivery cost is ridiculous. Apart from that, my dogs are thriving on the meat itself so the negatives are not that important”
