“The food is great quality and my dog thrives on it. I switched from another raw food supplier, because I felt uncomfortable about the amount of polystyrene it was packed in. Naturaw's eco-friendly packaging - all recyclable, returnable or compostable is exactly as described. The customer service team are amazing, giving good advice and replying to queries and problems promptly and helpfully. Highly recommend this company.”

“Quick delivery and great product. It is literally the only food our super fussy Papillion will eat. Love the eco packaging and ethical sourcing. My only wish is that you could order less at once as he has such a tiny tummy!”

“Was sceptical initially, I have 2 small dogs, one being diabetic. Order 6 packs initially, Diabetic dog, took to it instantly, other fuss pot wasn’t too keen at first. Have introduced food very slowly due to diabetes, and it seems to be going well”

“First of all I love the product I ordered which was a Forage Trial Box. The ingredients, in my opinion, are wonderful compared to all other raw food - I've never seen this combination and I love it. Ordering was easy, delivery quick and my girl loved the one meal she's tried so far (we've been using up the remnants of another brand we were using) and I can't wait to give her some other flavours to try. The only disappointment is that there's never enough stock. I've just gone to order again and it's out of stock which is very frustrating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend though.”

“My dogs love this food, I’ve tried a few and this is definitely the best quality so far. Packaging is great, my only complaint is the liner which gets stuck to the food and becomes a bit fiddly and messy to remove.”

“Delivery was great, clear emails and tracking from the team. Our dog has been eating raw for a few weeks, hard to tell if it's benefiting him or not, will have to see once we get through the first order if we decide to stick to it. He loves the food so far!”
