“We have a fussy boy with a sensitive tummy. Finding food that he likes and doesn’t cause him troubles is hard. Raw is the only food that he digests without too many issues. But there are many brands where the bone content isn’t accurate or the way the animals are raised or processed just ends in tummy troubles for us. For a long time we thought he has a chicken intolerance too. Turns out he’s intolerant to how mass produced chickens are raised. We’ve tried other high welfare farm brands and he’s much better, including when he eats chicken. The reason we love Naturaw is that Mr fusspot loves the food. It’s easier for us humans too as the packaging is easy, which means it’s no less defrosting and portioning, easy to recycle, leaves less mess and needs less planning. We’ve yet to try the forage range as his tummy doesn’t get on with veg too well, but forage contains what we’d call weeds. He eats weeds from our garden (comfrey is his favourite) so we’re sure he’ll get on better than the usual veg in raw food. Happy customers all around.”

“We love Naturaw. Shipping is always fantastic, I love that we're using DPD, especially with the 1 hour delivery window really works for us. The ingredient transparency is huge, and I appreciate the level of detail and transparency on the website. On the website, being able to filter by proteins/dietary restrictions make the webstie very user friendly, which helps us a lot when we want to be selective on which proteins to use. I would love to see larger sizes available to minimize the use of packaging, e.g. 1kg options to further reduce waste in the future. We hope you continue to add new protein options so we can buy even more options in future - we love having all the variety! We recently bought some of the tasty treats as well in the last box, and as exptected, our dog loves them. 5 stars all around! I've been curious about trying the subscription options, so going to give that a go for the next order. There is a lot of great information on your website if you dig in the FAQs. Specifically, seeing the ingredient percentages on your website and packaging was what drew me to ordering initially, along with the prey model feeding - this isn't normally the type of detail I've seen on other websites, and it adds to the level of detail that is evident in your business model and ethos. Thanks for creating a great product.”

“Food seems very good quality and all dogs eating it, even the very fussy one! Packaging doesn’t work well for me - the pack is compostable but I don’t have facilities to compost and it’s not recyclable in our area. The film is annoying as the food can’t be re sealed and the paper isn’t really necessary and gets stuck to the meat. However overall very good and I will use again.”

“My dog has never been happier with her food! As a dog with allergies, Naturaw has really helped and I’m so happy to see her excited about her food again. The sustainable packaging is a bonus and I love that you can return the wool packaging lining for free and get money back! I do wish the packaging was a little more ‘square’ as it is hard to pack into the freezer (I put each meat patty into a snap lock bag then into the freezer to save space)”

“This is a great product. Quality food, made from British ingredients and packaged sustainably. The dogs loved it. I wish it came in larger 1kg or 1.5kg packs, though. It would hopefully be more economical when feeding three Labradors.”
