“Please omit the "paper" lining....it serves no purpose in my opinion...the tray is more than adequate to keep the "juices" in...and in any case, l transfer to a storage box once defrosted x”

Hi Karen Thanks for your message. The small sheet of paper under the product may look insignificant but it’s an essential part of the manufacturing process – in basic terms it allows us to portion the meat more accurately, as it stops the product sticking to the conveyor belt resulting in uneven pack sizes. Without it, every pack would have to be manually weighted by hand resulting in a cost increase. It's greaseproof, so does not absorb any moisture from the food. “Food is fantastic, dogs love it! Part of my decision to switch dogs from kibble to raw was getting away from ingredients I no longer wanted to give my dogs. At the time of switching I was surprised how many of the raw foods on the market included some of these ingredients. Naturaw is different, they don't add oils to their raw food but include natural ingredients which provide it e.g. mackerel. The quality is great, having also tried a cheaper local brand there really is no comparison.”

“Very impressed! We ordered the small original taster selecetion as a trial and it was delivered within 2 days. It came with an excellent selection, brilliantly packaged and so easy to divide into six portions. It was slightly more expensive than our current food, however we were concerned over the quality and fat content of that, so looked for an alternative and so glad we did. Otto, our miniture Dachshund, absolutely goes mad for this food. Already seeing an improvement in his coat and energy levels. We will certaily be re-ordering.”

“Naturaw are a brilliant company. They stock the highest quality dog food and have an excellent customer service. I love that you can return the wool liners included with the orders so that they can be recycled. My dogs have never been so healthy on Naturaw in comparison to other raw dog providers.”

“Great raw product with a fantastic range of flavours, my GSD was a really fussy eater, I switched him to this a few years ago now and he loves it. My only disappointment is the stupid bit of paper in the bottom of the pack, the food gets all caught up in it and my dogs can’t like the box out like they used to be able to on the older packaging!”

“As always, I am so pleased with the food I order from Naturaw. The quality and mixture seems excellent. My dogs have eaten it for years with pleasure. Sadly, as of Tuesday they are both gone now. Molly was 17 years and a quarter when we had to let her go in 2023, and Kyrie left us on Tuesday at 17 years and 8 months. I give their raw diet a great deal of the credit for their long and healthy lives. Thanks to Naturaw for its commitment to good food, served as sustainably as possible!”

“Our dog loves this food. Licks her bowl clean every time which is unusual for a fussy eater. We do feed her other dog food but will always keep natural in the freezer. Packaging and delivery brilliant too!”

“This company provides an excellent choice of raw food. The ingredients are carefully selected and the packaging is environmentally friendly too. I have 3 working cockers, all agility dogs, and they absolutely thrive on this diet. I am so glad I found them.”
