“We absolutely love the naturaw food and the delivery service. Our puppy Marley has been thriving on the puppy forage range. What we like most about naturaw is not only its commitment to making the best food for dogs, but also their eco-conscious packaging system. The only thing that has left us disappointed was the lack of contact regarding our ambassador application. We applied twice and never heard back. Even if unsuccessful, it would be appreciated to hear something back. Many thanks, Izzy & Marley”

“My collie loves your food and I like the choice of flavours. Only thing I have noticed is that the clear plastic no longer peels away from the paper and I end up having to cut it. When I first bought the trays the clear plastic used to separate easily. Just a pain. Overall great quality.”

“The first important comment to make is my dog loves the food, l vary the types of meats which l know she appreciates when eating. My dog has always finished every meal l’ve given her and appears to me she has always enjoyed it. The quality and appearance of the meats seem consistent. Another important factor is cost of the food, especially at these times with everything costing more. Naturaw isn’t cheap but reasonable for the type, quality and variety of meats I can afford. I normally buy the cheaper varieties in the range because that’s all I can afford for my dog. Iv’e always been very happy with the ordering and prompt deliveries of the frozen food and due to my limited frozen storage space available I can’t have much spare food before the next delivery, so I have to be pretty organised that I don’t run out of food for my dog. The other important factor is how my dog digests the meats she eats, I give my dog Naturaw with raw vegetables normally chopped carrots and broccoli, with a very small amount of gravy and fish oil. Honestly from day one since changing over from tinned food and dog biscuits she has never had diarrhoea again, an issue which prompted me to try Naturaw from advice from other dog owners. Since changing over my dogs’ diet, she has a lovely looking coat and a wet nose, so what makes my dog looking happy makes me happy.”

“I have a subscription order with naturaw and my dog loves the food. I would highly recommend. I just wish I had the option to add treats or other items to my order or even tweak what I get each month. It would be also great if there was a way to give back the packaging each month.”

“Food is great and I love the fully recyclable, plastic free packaging initiative. Been using since my pup was 8 weeks and he has thrived on the raw diet. Great variety of mixes as well which has been brilliant to ensure my pup gets a variety of meats in his diet. However, the size of the packaging is a negative. It’s super bulky compared to others suppliers meaning they don’t really fit in my freezer. Now my pup is grown and eating more, I have to order less boxes more frequently in order to fit which is getting expensive. Also the film no longer peels from the packet (this has changed in the last month or so) which makes it much less useful when travelling as I have to have something to pierce the film. These two factors are what’s driving me to look elsewhere now due to cost.”

“Love the product and the eco packaging. Find the website confusing and also that when I send my packaging back the credit doesn’t come off my subscription. Small things, love my dog’s glossy coat.”
