The food it’s decent but unfortunately it makes our very constipated. Customer service it’s rubbish! No body to talk to.

Unfortunately my dog didn’t like the haddock and turkey and refused to eat it. However did like the lamb

Ordering and delivery was really easy. However I forgot to use my first order discount at the time I placed the order and was disappointed that despite immediately emailing nothing could be done, not even an offer to discount from my next order. Unfortunately my dog didn’t like the texture of raw, and even when I cooked it she still refused to eat it. I’ve now given away the packs to a friend.

Food arrived a day late and partially thawed. I emailed for the second time and have not received a response or compensation. Other than that, pretty good. More organic products needed.

We have been ordering from Naturaw for several months now and usually don't have any issues. The last order was delivered a day late which meant the majority of the boxes had defrosted, more than half of the boxes were burst open which meant the shipping box was covered in blood and trailed into the hall and as a result had to be binned. We contacted Naturaw (including pictures) to make them aware of the issue weeks ago and have had no reply. Up until then they have been great but given we have had to bin half the order and had no reply, really disappointed.

My three dogs adore this food and I have been feeding naturaw exclusively for the past 18 months. I also loved the packaging. Unfortunately I have found the new packaging a nightmare. The 'film' lid has never torn away in one piece and the liner at the bottom of the tray is always stuck to the meat. With the old packaging, I just used a fork to serve it, that was all I needed. Now I need two utensils to separate the meat from the tray liner, and I have to cover the leftovers in cling film to store it in the fridge. I would much rather just replace the compostable lid as I did before. I'm very sad to say that I am looking for a different brand now. My dogs will miss the food, but I cannot cope with the packaging.

I used to love this brand however since the packaging change I am disappointed. They are more easily damaged and have arrived cracked/open, they have made the containers larger so I fit less in my feezer and finally they used to have lids for easy storage (my dog is a small breed and doesn’t eat a whole container in a day) but now the lids are gone it makes it a fuss to store and causes me more work/waste when I have to use tuppawear or tinfoil. Due to these issues I have cancelled my subscription and have started looking for a new raw food supplier.

Unfortunately was a total waste of money our dog wouldnt even touch any of the food that had any chicken in it (which was most of it) we even tried giving it to another dog who spat it out! Such a shame because we did really see an improvement in hatty's bowel movements on the raw food diet.

This is a highly unusual experience with our product - and across multiple varities suggests a fussy dog rather than an issue with all the products. Please contact customerservices@naturaw.co.uk and we can help you with advice on feeding and transitioning successfully x

I ordered the venison and although I appreciate the no plastic packaging if did not keep the food fresh!! It went dry around the edges and stuck to the sides of the container therefore there was allot of waste because scraping it off the packaging came off with it so can’t feed that to me dog. I would not buy again it expensive and you can’t use it all
