Last 3 recent orders some of the food has been very dry and my frenchie has refused to eat it.

The delivery was not great. Told it would be delivered between 9.48am and 10.48m but didn't actually turn up until 19.48pm Waited in all day for nothing. The food is ok but is not a complete food as advertised. The complete food is only a small selection which costs more. Unfortunately this is our error for not reading the descriptions enough so we now have 3 months supply of food that is not a complete meal. Disappointed that nothing was offered to remedy this problem. Sadly I don't think we'll be ordering again because of this.

Been ordering here for over a year now. Quality of the food is good, we avoid the pork product as this doesn't suit our dog, delivery is good and items always turn up frozen and in good condition. The website isn't the best to navigate and there is no incentive offered for repeat business.

First thing, my eight-year old Boxer lady, Ruby, absolutely loves the starter pack, absolutely gobbles it down. Secondly, I must have rushed into the program too quickly as the change in food wraught havoc with her intestines. No poo for three days and beginning to panic. Just before a necessary vet visit I switched her diet back to her original diet. Hurrah! Poo, never been so glad, took a photo and sent it to the wife. Lesson learnt. Now diet is : morning 50g dog meal + 125 g Naturaw raw meat, evening 60g dog meal + 150g Naturaw raw meat. Ruby still wolfes this mixture down. Will continue with this plan until I am advised otherwise.

Unfortunately my little dog would not touch the raw meat, I tried every flavour and she would not eat any of them, I even allowed her to fast for the day and tried again the following day. I did however try another brand which she will eat, I think the problem is that all your meats look the same, its hard to distingquish between them, the alternate brand I bought has clear differances the minced beef looks like minced beef and the chicken looks like chicken, this is only my opinon as I am not sure why she hasnt taken to Naturaw

Your lids don't appear to tear off as easily as they used to. I now have to use a knife to get into the packs but now, if I try to rip the lid off I end up pulling the whole 'plastic' envelope out of the tray. If you need a better explanation, please contact me on 07900 395495

Dogs enjoy the meat but the brand is let down by packaging. Difficult to open cleanly, sticks to product. Makes it un user friendly.

Had high hopes but my dog's first impression of the fish & chicken wasn't as I expected and for a dog who'll eat anything it took her a lot longer than usual with a lot of sniffing. I found the paper underneath the food annoying as it meant that I had to hold it while I scraped the food off. The packages took up more room in my freezer than the food I usually buy, being able to recycle was a bonus. At the moment doggie has only tried one variety but I don't think I shall purchase again.

The first order process was easy and smooth, our puppy liked your food. That’s why I was very disappointed to see that this particular product was out of stock. I sent a message , tried the live chat but didn’t get answers to find out when it will be available again. Hence I ordered from someone else and will stick with the new product as I am looking for a reliable source of food because I don’t want to keep changing our puppies food

Unfortunately, my dog (who is 9) does not the raw food so I cannot really rate the product. So not to waste it, I have had to microwave the meat for my dog to eat it. I will not be renewing my subscription. The packaging, delivery etc were fine. Product maybe good for others but not for my dog.

Dogs love the food but I don’t like the packaging. The paper on the bottom gets stuck to the meat and have to manually scrap it off often losing some of the meat.

Hi Annie, The small sheet of paper under the product may look insignificant but it’s an essential part of the manufacturing process – in basic terms it allows us to portion the meat more accurately, as it stops the product sticking to the conveyor belt resulting in uneven pack sizes. Without it, every pack would have to be manually weighted by hand resulting in a huge cost increase and/or inaccurate weights. If you flip the contents out while still frozen/semi frozen then it just peels of easily. Hope this helps x

Food is great, my dog loves it. But not all forage items are available - many usually out of stock. The website is clunky and delivery charge too high.

the meat is excellent quality. I have twice had problems in hot weather with the some of the food having thawed. The paper under the meat is a nightmare, my dog is accidentally eating some of it because its so stuck on the meat. Is the paper necessary ?

Please omit the "paper" lining....it serves no purpose in my opinion...the tray is more than adequate to keep the "juices" in...and in any case, l transfer to a storage box once defrosted x

The food seems ok. I received incorrect products and there's no phone number on the website to speak to anyone to sort it out. Left an email via the site over a week ago and still nothing.

The food is great, however the website was a pain. It didn't load, gave many errors so putting in an order was hard and time consuming. Furthermore, there's no free shipping option no matter how many I purchase.

Food great, generally great service. Though don’t appreciate condescending attitudes of support staff when our delivery was delayed. Just pointed the finger and said oh well. Then when asked to refund my delivery charge they made it seem like they were doing me a favour when in fact they failed to meet their contractual obligations. In future learn to just refund delivery without needing to be asked, then take up your own complaint with your delivery partners to understand why it happened.

Hi Tanuj, it's always frustrating when the courier lets us down (thankfully it is rare) but having reviewed all of the communication regarding your order there is nothing remotely condescending from our end at any stage, just an immediate apology and a refund of your delivery charge. If the order had arrived in unsuitable condition we would have replaced it without hesitation, im not sure what more we could do - we are only human. All the best x

I found the packaging for the plain chicken unclear, the meat ones are fine. Evie didnt like the chicken ones at all. She likes the meat one but its not for me. Too messy and not easy to travel with and requires too much planning ahead. Im glad I tried it though. I did like the eco friendly packaging.
