“Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they messed up my order and refuse to sort it out (they sent me exchanges when I asked for a refund and they won't give me my money back).l and the credit note I was meant to receive for a different return never arrived. They will not answer their phone line and if you leave a message they won't call you back. They claim that the company has a new owner but this should not affect my rights. Would not recommend to buy from this company.
The shoes I've kept are very comfortable though. Such a shame that you can't trust this company though.”

I bought a pair of so-called barefoot shoes off this company. They were NOT barefoot shoes - they had a solid sole, cushioned heel and narrow toe box. They also looked cheap. I wrote, asking them to explain how these are barefoot shoes. I got a reply telling me that they are intended as 'transition' shoes, so don't have the usual barefoot features. The webpage says nothing of the sort - they are called barefoot in the description. And they refused to refund me, as they were a 'warehouse clearance' model, even though they advertise 'free returns' and 'money back guarantee' in large letters on the page (apparently I didn't read the small print). I wrote a negative review on Trust Pilot and they responded by threatening me, telling me I'd crossed the line. I have reported them to Trading Standards - it is a crime to advertise something as something it is not - and I suggest everyone else who has a similar experience does the same.”

I purchased 2 pairs of barefoot shoes. 1 from a cheap company for £8 and 1 pair from Naturcontact £40. The pair from Naturconact are already breaking, it's only been 2½ months. The pair from the company that sell cheap products are still absolutely fine.
Unfortunately the shoes started to fall apart after I ordered 2 pairs of boots from Naturcontact, for me and my daughter. I've been waiting 2 weeks for the boots. Delivery should have been within a few days, I have contacted Naturcontact 3 times about this. The first response told me to check tracking the next day, which I did, it still said pending. I gave it 2 days before sending another email, the said I'm a priority and they'll be with me soon, I'm still waiting, so I've emailed them again to tell them if I was a priority, the boots would be on my feet and I'd like to cancel my order and get a refund! I've heard nothing back from them.
I went to their Facebook page and gave an honest review in one of their posts where someone was asking about quality, delivery time etc....they blocked me, so I went to their US Facebook page, did the same and they blocked me there too. It seems no-one is allowed to give a review unless it's a good one. They were happy to give me a top fan badge when I made my initial review on Facrbook 2 months ago 😏 So here is a review they can't block. I'm pretty sure the good reviews are fake, so anyone thinking of purchasing from them be very careful...or go to the cheap online company!
