“That was a bad hook to have me reclick the two products I had ordered and then see that they were doubled on my order. I have ordered before and been happy with the checkout but not to happy today to have my ordered doub led after I put my card in. Now more work to try to undo this.”

“Nature City is an amazing company to do business with. If I have needed to return an item, usually because it doesn't agree with my stomach, there is no hesitation. They are professional and friendly. A few months ago I had a technical issue with access to my account. They worked for days to correct it. It turned out to be an issue with my online security .They were so patient and accommodating. They take great care to make certain that the products are always formulated to their high standards. Recently they had received a product that did not meet these standards so they would not distribute it. Yes, I had to wait for a while to get it, but I definitely was impressed with the integrity of this company. Lastly, I have never heard of any other company with a one year guarantee on their products. That tells me that honesty and integrity are are part of the mission statement of Nature City.”

“We daily drink the Aloe Cran for years now instead of high carb fruit drinks. Feel so healthy with some crushed ice with it. We use it on our insulated drink bottles. So marvelous! It says here to NOT say if it works or fixes health problems. BUT it wouldn't b e a review without how marvelous it is. I use it for acid reflux control which works, and my husband for high blood pressure - which works! Thankyou.”

“I love your products and trust them. I love that you answer email questions and that I can talk to a real person when I call and I can understand what they're saying. I love how pleasant everyone is. My one problem is that I have difficulty getting my rewards when ordering online Again and again, I've had to leave my order in the cart and phone for someone to place the order for me”
