“I don't understand why some of the supplements require 4 capsules per day. Prescriptions never take that many pills to be effective. I've actually quit taking some of the supplements because it's difficult to swallow so many.”

“I have been buying things here for years. Products work for me. Customer service is excellent. Rewards program is good value--they don't charge you a ridiculous number of points in order to get something free.”

“Frankly, I appreciate your products, but do not like the sales points model you are now using. FYI: Today I placed an order. I had 200+ points I need to use by sometime in September. In order to use the points and can only use (points= to) $25 at a time....I have to place two orders. I have not placed the second order yet. Is your intent for customers to jump through unnessesary hoops to make use of the accumulated points before they expire? I appreciated the system you had before you started the point system. Thanks for giving me a chance to vent.”

“Needed more fiber in my diet couldn’t find anything with a flavor I could use daily. My sister gave me several scoops from her container of AloeCran. I loved it and I use it daily. Love the flavor and feel so much better.”

“I would greatly appreciate it if I could be notified of my auto-ship several days BEFORE the order is placed, charged to my credit card, and shipped. Prior notification allows the opportunity to adjust the order, skip, or cancel it. Yours is the only company among the ones I enjoy auto-ship from that does not allow prior notification. NatureCity has wonderful products; better notification would be a huge plus.”

“Our family has been using supplements from Nature City for a couple of years. I use them as well as my husband, two of our daughters and several grandchildren. We find the quality to be exceptional. The prices are comparable or even better than some "name brands". We are on a very limited income so pennies are almost as important as quality. Phone calls to Nature City are answered by very professional and knowledgeable people. We live in a rural area so brick & mortar shopping is difficult and rare. In the past, I ordered supplements from Amazon. I'm fearful of the third party fakes that are passed off as genuine. I don't have to worry about counterfeit, dangerous items from Nature City. I'm so glad to have found this valuable company. I've told other family members and several friends about Nature City. I plan to be a customer for a long time!”
