“Nature City is an amazing company to do business with. If I have needed to return an item, usually because it doesn't agree with my stomach, there is no hesitation. They are professional and friendly. A few months ago I had a technical issue with access to my account. They worked for days to correct it. It turned out to be an issue with my online security .They were so patient and accommodating. They take great care to make certain that the products are always formulated to their high standards. Recently they had received a product that did not meet these standards so they would not distribute it. Yes, I had to wait for a while to get it, but I definitely was impressed with the integrity of this company. Lastly, I have never heard of any other company with a one year guarantee on their products. That tells me that honesty and integrity are are part of the mission statement of Nature City.”

“I love your products and trust them. I love that you answer email questions and that I can talk to a real person when I call and I can understand what they're saying. I love how pleasant everyone is. My one problem is that I have difficulty getting my rewards when ordering online Again and again, I've had to leave my order in the cart and phone for someone to place the order for me”

“I will be 79 years old next month, am in good health, and give my Nature City friends a hearty thank you for your products which I have been using for 3 1/2 years after a neighbor recommended them. I like to take only natural products, and the fact that you are in my home state is a plus, along with great customer service and the rewards discounts I get from being a customer.
