“Thank you for your support with my damaged previous camera and your advice. I really appreciate the help your company has given me with this NatureSpy WiFi WildCam 2.”
“Ethical not for profit company, excellent customer service and aftercare. Quick well- packed delivery. In the past I have received a personal response to a query within hours.”
“I have been looking to buy a nature camera for some time and toyed with the idea of a chepo one from a well known auction site. However I am glad I spent the extra and bought a decent camera as reviewed and recommnded bu NatureSpy. The Browning HP4 that I bought is very well made and does exactly what was promised. I can recommend NatureSpy to anyone looking for advice and cameras. Their range of cameras is very good and competively priced.”
“The screen on my Browning BTC-8A no longer functioned and needed attention. I contacted NatureSpy who suggested that the screen may need to be replaced and quoted an excellent price for the replacement screen. I was told that it would be appropriately four weeks. With the camera now repaired and back in my possession (within the four weeks) and working well, I can only praise the NatureSpy team (and John) for their excellent assistance. I would certainly recommend using NatureSpy for purchasing new camera's and for their support. 10/10 well done.

“Used Naturespy on quite a few occasions and never been disappointed. Always reliable and after sales contact is second to none. Keep up the good work.
Using three minipods with Wildcam2 and Browning trailcams, so easy to use and setup.”
“The Ursus NatureSpy camers was effectively packaged and efficiently posted and arrived within two days of purchase.Included was an SD card and an option to add the six batteries needed for remote observation. A useful booklet helped with the set up of the camera but no mention of how to view any footage taken. A bit of research on the internet solved that and the camera was set up to record wild life in the garden. Viewed the recordings this morning to see the camera had worked perfectly, happy days. I will be trying the camera in other locations. Whilst a strap is part of the kit and a tripod is an optional extra neither really suited my application, a bracket was found in the shed and with a bit of fettling and an imperial bolt from my dads old bits box I was able to mackle together a fixing for the fence. There must be a fixing screw out there somewhere.”
“Excellent service.. my third purchase and would not go anywhere else.
This purchase their Ursa camera.. and looks better than my Browning of twice the price and much more compact with a bigger screen.”
