Terms are not clear up front. They make it seem like you can try the product and if it doesn't work or you don't like it you can cancel. It's impossible to get a hold of them to cancel. I had a bad reaction to the product within days of using it and have been trying to cancel

Customer service is non-existent. I signed up for the $4.95 trial. The product did not work for me and made my skin worse. I tried to cancel several times but waiting for CS is always long so I message and email only to be told that you MUST call which is a huge red flag. The woman on the phone tells me the trial isn’t $4.95, it is $64 broken up into some BS payments. No way! I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint to BBB. I hate companies that prey on consumers.

I placed a subscription with them last week by mistake, and it was hell to cancel it. the only way they let you cancel subscriptions is via phone call, and their phone line is almost constantly busy. the customer service was great once i was finally able to get through, but this is probably something you'll want to consider before signing up.

I never completed my sign up and somehow still received the product. I figured what the heck, I'll try it and maybe I'll like it. The texture and consistency of this gelatinous face "cream" is disgusting. It's like putting Vaseline on your face. They refused to give me a refund for the charge, because I called at exactly 30 days. I Just got ripped off...

There IS no customer service. I emailed to cancel, was informed that I needed to call to cancel, but they don't answer the phone. 30 minutes. 20 minutes. 40 minutes. I'm a preschool teacher nd just had $60 pulled from my account during summer, for a product that doesn't work as Olay Regenerist at a third of the cost. So frustrated.

Hello, I'm very upset after spending over $2,200 on a treatment less then a week my skin is reversing back. My face has lumps that I'm trying to massage out. I'm being told that this is my first time and I need other treatments. I know everyone is different just like everyone work is different but you should see a lot of different after spending that kind of money and your face looking stressed now. I don't mind sending money on something I feel that will benefit me but I feel like this was a worst of my money. People make you feel that 2200 isn't nothing. We know in this day and time a lot of people don't have this. I feel that spending this type of money it should be some time of guarantee on your work. As of day I'm truly dissatisfied with the work

If you research, you will find that they have different places on web where the prices are different. When I signed up, the ad stated that I would pay $4.95 for the first script and then after that would be billed every other month $64.00 which is a little less than I pay at a regular a Dermatologist so I signed up. I then got a charge of 64.00 for the one that I was suppose to pay $4.95 for so I sent them a message. They messaged me back stating that it was $64.00 for the first prescription and then $64.00 per month but only receive product every other month. This is definitely what I read so they asked for screenshots of what I read. I screened shitted them and sent them to them clearly stating the first one was only $4.95 then 64.00 every other month. I then looked further and found different places on the web where how it works is different. Not sure what this place is doing but sounds like they just change what they charge you and thinking people will just pay. Not sure what I’m going to do but I definitely have proof they tried to rip me off from what I read when I signed up to what they privately messaged me as shown in attached files. Not sure if anyone else was under same impression as me

Unless you read the fine print you'll get charged $64.monthly.. I thought I could try it and then decide if I wanted to use it, that's what trials are for right? I wish this was made a bit more clear especially for vision impaired seniors like myself

Customer service is awful. When I tried to cancel, they kept saying that it was a “anti aging prescription” and saying they can refund me for product not sent to me. I had to tell this person “I don’t care what it is, I’m calling to cancel and therefore your company should refund me for product not received and cancel per my request.” FINALLY she claimed to have refunded me but if it wasn’t, I’ll just get my CC company on the case. Also, product didn’t do anything for my skin.

The formula is super thick and reminds me of vasoline. It made me break out. I’m going to use it on my hands.

Do not sign up. Zero customer service. They never answer the phone nor social media messages and they place unauthorized charges on your card. You think you're signing up for one thing, and they charge you for another. I'm thinking a report to the medical board in my state might be in order, if this is actually a prescription medication. Their service is not how telemedicine works.

They are marketing $64 subscription after the trial but they charged me almost $80 unauthorized. They did not inform me I was signing up for the subscription at the time(informed me I could order when I needed it). They proceeded to charge me and ship a product I did not want. The trial they sent was a lotion like substance and did not do anything for my skin so I opted not to order again. Next thing I know 2 months later I have a 79.93 charge to my account. Called customer support and the agent seemed amused and said they would send me a RMA# (?) so that I can return the product. I have not received and email or a call from this company. Reporting them to the BBB also.

So first of all, it is NOT a “free trial”. Read the fine print! I have been using the $64 free trial and have not noticed any changes in my skin. Be skeptical of this company!

Just so everyone is aware they will not give you your money back if the product does not work! What does that tell you? They took $64 out of my account I did not like the product and they did not give me my money back

I’ve been using mine for about a month. I haven’t been able to use it every day because it has made my skin so sensitive and also dry in certain spots. I tan often and I’m also outside so I read that it can make you sensitivity to the sun so I have bought a moisturizer with spf. Im not sure if it’s normal for my skin to be so sensitive and to be dry. I have tried everything for the dryness and no luck. I canceled the subscription and wanted to continue to see if it got better before I thought about getting more. Is this normal? I have seen some improvement but not liking the redness, dryness and sensitivity. Im using so much stuff on my face to try to stop the dryness that it’s always looking oily and breaking out in spots

Hello Amanda, thank you for reaching out to us. For the first few weeks, the treatment should be used every 3 days to build a tolerance, and then you can start using every other day or daily if you'd like! The prescription must be used at night only along with a hydrating moisturizer. Peeling and dryness can occur, and is normal. Discontinue for a few days, if you feel any irritation or until you have healed, and then repeat the process, but only 2/3 times a week. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
