“The product did not work for me. I called and spoke to customer service at which time they told me that I was on the lowest prescription and it could be changed to the highest prescription. But I would have to wait two months until the next shipment was set to come. I did not receive a phone call from the doctors as she told me would happen and I called again as I decided to just cancel my subscription. The next lady I spoke with was rude and uncaring, but I did get the subscription canceled. However, I will not receive my last payment back… she stated that because it was for a prescription product there are no refunds. I do not recommend!”

“Product seems great pump quit working on my second bottle. Pump didn't work on my first bottle. Would try again if they can get a handle on their product delivery system.”

“I use this product religiously, twice a day. But I am not seeing any results that I was hoping for.”

“Nava just didn't work for me the way I hoped it would. I'm sure it is great for some people, but it made my skin flakey and peely which is definitely not what I wanted. Also, I didn't really see any improvements that I don't get with regular washing and moisturizing.”

“Unfortunately your product is really nothing for me to literally recommend to anyone since I personally I did not receive any satisfaction.
