"There are so many good reviews online for NBeads, and there are a couple of bad ones like anywhere else. It could make you suspicious, especially when people say that they are bribed to leave a good review, or it is a fake site. I had already written a positive review before i received an email offering me $3 USD to leave a positive review. But i decided, sure why not, ill expand upon my review and hopefully it can be helpful to people. \r\n\r\n$3 is a nice gesture from the company, acknowledging that your time is worth something and they appreciate you reviewing their store. With so much competition out there, success relies on reviews, but people don't often have or make the time to leave them unless they are angry. \r\nThey are not asking you to lie and praise them, certainly if that is not your experience. If you weren't happy, thats fine, leave a bad review. If you don't want to be paid for leaving a good review, don't claim it. \r\n\r\nAfter examing the negative reviews, it seems that some do not specifically state what company they are reviewing so i am inclined to disregard the review. 1 review i saw, stated that it is a fake site. Well i knew that one was wrong because my order has arrived. I am based in Australia, so my shipping route from China is fairly quick. The items i ordered did not raise concern at customs and the metal materials were declared on the package. My experience was a great one. I ordered on a saturday and received it 9 days later on a monday which is exceptionally fast and very surprising as i have waited longer for interstate deliveries with other companies. I understand some people have not had this experience and it is unfortunate. Customs can seize items and hold on to them for as long as they want but this is not the fault of NBeads - assuming they have declared the contents correctly. Given the state of the world in the past few years, i am amazed that international shipping is still functioning as well as it is. \r\n\r\nNow, on to the products. I checked each item and quantity off and everything was accounted for and clearly packaged with the item number. They are adorable and none are damaged. Hopefully this continues to be my experience going forward. I was hesitant at first, so i only placed a small $30 order just to test the store out and product quality. For cute little charms and art and craft embeddables, i am very happy with them. I do need to pay more attention to the size description next time because i pictured them in my head that they would be bigger, but that is on me as the measurements are clearly stated in the item description.\r\n\r\nAll in all, i am very happy with my order and experience thus far and will definitely order again."
