This was really shame I am delivery driver I got a ticket to park my car for less then 2 minutes I appeal they decline I call them they said pay this now then email we will check it and will refund I paid over the phone then when I email they said you already paid they are dineying this now which is shame

The issue with double charge occured 6th of Dec 2022.
Customer service took their sweet time to resolve an issue (over 2 months!!!) They tried to scam me and confirmed the refund on 27th of Jan, no money was refund. Had to write another mail (think 10th) to chase them. So they actually refunded me on 10th of Feb. AVOID IT! Customer service is beyond low quality too.

My car was broken into. My entire back windscreen smashed. I accept that is simply unfortunate however I had paid over £30 for to park there and after asking for a refund they refused. The response took nearly 8 weeks.
Appealing business.
Next time I’ll pay one tenth of the price to park with an independent. My car will just as likely be broken into but at least I’ll be better off financially by not paying £30.

We had pre paid for London parking. We had to pay again to be able to leave the car park and now they are very difficult to get hold of and won’t issue us a refund. DO NOT USE THEM. Not worth the time or stress of trying to sort it
