This experience raises concerns about the company's commitment to ensuring the safety and privacy of its customers, seemingly prioritizing hacker prevention over customer protection.
The customer service experience could have been better, providing limited assistance throughout the ordeal. Considering my unfortunate encounter, I caution against entrusting your investments with this company unless you are prepared to assume the associated risks. “Long time user. This is probably the best exchange in Canada. Moving Canadian dollars from an account to another usually takes 24h hours. Crypto deposit and withdrawals usually takes 10-15 minutes. Never had big issues, however, I did get a few smalls issues over the years but it was taking care by customer service in a timely fashion.”
