“update: My bank was able to reclaim my e-transfer. Money is back in my account. Two people from NDAX called me 3hours later to say the transfer did not work,[heheheh}. They said their names were Jeffery Hamilton and Adrian Mitchell. Jeff explained we must start the whole process again. I again said "you are going to send me $100,000; that does not make any sense" He said he has 60 people working on it and it will happen. He said he will call me next week to arrange it with me. He said to please only answer the phone to deal with him; no one else. I cannot wait for this miracle to happen. {Sarcasm)”
“Jeffery called from a fake number (as when I tried to contact him auto voice announced it was no longer in service}. He used anydesk app that he coached me to install with the lure that I could recover all money lost that my husband had invested in Nettrix. A demo program can be run so that you think you making money in real time. My husband passed away recently so I was an easy mark. He said we could do a Mirror transfer of $1000 to "test" the system of Coinsmart . the e-transfer was sent but not received, nor did it "bounce back" as he explained it would. I called my bank and they could not retrieve it. Coinsmart sent am email saying they did not receive the deposit. I feel very foolish. He said I would be transferred to his boss named Steward David who would unblock the limit and soon I would get ALL my money back soon. It is plain to see I am not tech savvy. I was put on hold for some time while the e-transfer when thru. When Jeffery told me I should call my bank and insist I did this on my own and to not mention his part in it a red flag finally went up. I think I was put on hold so he could have time to hijack the transfer. I hope the authorities can catch these thieves,”

“This is such a rogue company, when they trap you, not only you cannot send crypto to other exchanges, but you are blocked to withdraw fund to your own bank account as well.
Those give high reviews, wait until when you fall in their manual review trap.

The latest issue I'm having is with the app. I cannot withdraw to my wallet and support is not available on the app. Both are dead links. “Working in the software field I'm aware that beta software can have flaws but if there are critical "showstopper" bugs then it doesn't get released to the public. NDAX apparently has no issue with this. Thanks to their portfolio calculations not updating correctly to accurately reflect trades it has cost me hundreds of dollars due to incorrect information.
Having sent in a detailed explanation with screenshots and step by step instructions to their support department in order to bring this bug to their attention (at the very least) I'm left with the question. Support? what support? Day 4 and not even a first reply.

“NDAX is the worst broker I have ever dealt with, they delayed processing my deposit for more than 7 days twice. The deposit was supposed to take 1/2 hour and the other one 1 day maximum. I struggled to get in touch with them. They don’t call back. There is no love chat. They don’t answer your email. After about 7 days they finally deposited my money and by that time crypto prices went up and lost about 10% that I would have earned if they were a reliable broker. I definitely advise that no one ever uses NDAX. Don't forget their spread is super high given the fact that your investing your own money without a leverage. They are so cheap that they don't hire any customer support live chat agents or phone agents! I hate my experience with them. They wasted many investment opportunities for me by their late processing, and their garbage communication.”
“Being a first time investor in crypto and an experienced stock trader I found this platform to be the best one offered to Canadians. The exchange is run by the Alberta Treasury Branch (the Alberta Gov't) and all coins are kept offline in cold storage...a huge plus for security. I see a lot of bad reviews on here about people having trouble depositing and withdrawing. I too have experienced this issue but I am writing this review to justify NDAX. I have found that the reason these things take time is because this company is legit! They are very concerned with making sure people are not scammers. They do a thorough review of your credentials to make sure you are who you say you are and this can cause friction with regards to withdraws and deposits. I recently tried to wire $72500.00 to my account and was waiting for a few days for the wire to go through. Suddenly I get an email from my bank telling me they were holding the wire back...not NDAX. Apparently the bank is also watching out for me as well as they wouldn't process the wire without asking me if NDAX was legit or whether or not I was wiring money due to extortion.. After a few more questions from my bank the wire was processed. I must stress that this delay had nothing to do with NDAX but rather my own bank's issues. Customer support does seem a little unresponsive hence the four star review. That being said I think this company goes to extraordinary lengths to protect its customers from fraud! I would not hesitate to recommend this platform to others.”

“I have ndax account for about a year now and I actively traded within last two month, roughly.
When I opened my account last year, I made some etransfer but I didn’t do it right, so the fund didn’t arrive in my account, neither was it withdrawn from my bank even though I must emphasize, that I sent money to their email account. That kinda made me realize they are an honest organization and not a scammer.
Anyway, I started my rookie trading actively(sort of) with last two months and during which I made about 10-15 deposit as per their instruction, and didn’t had any issue. The funds arrives within an hour for sure.
I also made two withdrawals in the amount of roughly $100 and $1200.
Didn’t have any issue. They charged $25 for each withdrawal which is fine to be honest.
Their trading fee is .02% fixed unlike other exchange which is either higher or with clause saying it’s dependent on the trading volume.
If you are big trader, then there might be other exchanges with better offer. If you starting out fresh or just an average trader, I think this is a good platform. It has enough coins to play around and may be, their portfolio of asset might grow too.
The charges may be higher if you want to transfer your coin to a different wallet. Well, from business stand point, that’s understandable.
