“NDAX is being used by scammers. I lost my money for investing on fake cryptocurrency investment platform named meta bank wallet. These people are based in UK and very professional to convince you for investment from $250 and then encourage you to invest more. I called and even went to NDAX office in Calgary however, nobody has called me back to at least listen to detail. I tried hard to prevent same thing happen to others. Just be careful about this trend.”
“One of the oldest Exchanges in Canada so they are reliable and survived FTX. They still have one of the best interfaces and offer staking which not a lot do in Canada. Unfortunately, their rates to transfer coins are way too much compared to the competition so I have stopped using them due to that. I only use them to stake now. #ndax”

No one will take off the 2 factor and no one answers the telephone - in any department - when you call them I have sent several emails with Littleton no response sent. “For some reason they always hold my coins and I can't do anything to retrieve them.. it's so frustrating sometimes because if I wanna but sell or move crypto I can't on my watch only on theirs
Also when I move my coins they make me do it in two transactions so I get charged twice to move my coins onto a ledger
It's not much but it's still a low move to double charge so ndax can make more profits
Think twice before using this exchange
If I had a different crypto exchange I would much rather use them
Now my coins are under admin processing for over 12hours and I can't do anything with them until coustmer gets back too me which is a gong show

“NDAX was great in the beginning, however it became problematic when a bank draft was sent. It was delivered on a Monday morning and after several attempts by live chat, email and phone calls, the draft was deposited Thursday evening.
Made another deposit and was unable to withdraw until I spoke with someone in the compliance department. It took 3 full days to get a live person on the phone.
She asked me personal and confidential questions, then told me I was being deceptive.
Ultimately I was fired as a client after the conversation - seriously?
How is NDAX advertised as the best Canadian crypto platform when they give absolutely no customer service, hold on to your money for several days, then take their sweet time to contact you back?
DO NOT USE this platform, I promise you will regret that decision!”
