by the time that the coins up 25% on Coinbase, it was down 9.90% on NDAX , imagine how much you could loss,
I am talking about Polkadot price, on June 22nd at 11:00 am and around that time.
i did nit pay attention to this before but now i know,
i contacted the customer services and thy said ...the price is not reflected their platform...
i will leave this platform soon and I recommended to everyone to do so...unless they fix this problem and start being honest.”
“Saturday i sent $2530 from my business account to my NDAX account ( i have done this before in the past) now they said they need to further review my transactions and was told to open another business account on NDAX. I do not want to do that and ask for my money to be transferred back into my bank. I have emailed and called them countless times and I'm being ignored. Their customer service is a joke. They dont value their customers, the online chat support has no one tending to it. I have been waiting for days for a response! What type of BS is this. Planning on taking legal action if i dont get a hold of them this week. Ridiculous

“The reviews on here are a bit scary. Especially after having signed up and trusting my money with NDAX. But from reading about the company it seems like customer service might be overwhelmed with the sudden influx of users with the rise in popularity in cryptocurrency (especially doge coin). I haven’t had to contact them cause everything has gone smoothly for me with signing up, verifying the account, depositing and trading. Hopefully they can get back on top of their customer service and give the users a little bit more confidence in their service as it does make me a little bit more anxious about using them.”
“Does not show proper charts, does not show avg dollar cost. Very poor u/x u/i design. Developers need to improve on a lot of aspects. Basic fundamentals are missing on the app. Until improvements are made you are better off using another brokerage and app.”

Super low fees compared to other exchanges and by far the best customer support. If your in the market for a new exchange Ndax is among the best. I sent 28k cad to the wrong address and they quickly sent me an email informing me they were working on my case, I’ve just received and email that my funds will be deposited today and couldn’t be happier.”
“Do not trust this company!!!! I completed a e-transfer of $3000.00 and they seem to have lost my money and will no longer respond to my email requests. The money never appeared on my dashboard. They promised to look into the problem but have not responded since.”

“NDAX has by FAR the worst authentication process app ever. If someone has so many issues signing in it tell you about how poorly the app has been designed. Admin is not even responding to email.
