“Honestly, my experience wasn't great. You said you did custom colors, so I asked for something on the lavender-to-purple scale (my daughter's favorite colors). I got a mail from them with the top half purple and the bottom lavender, which was actually pretty cool, asking me what I thought, but then further down my e-mail box was a notice that it was already sent. So you had asked for feedback, which was great, but then sent it less than a day later, before I had a chance to respond. And then when I got it, it had clearly been painted layer over layer to the point where it was hard to see any of the details on the figurine. Maybe it had already been painted blue, and then got painted twice more in the purple/lavender experiment? So I can't say you did anything wrong. I got a lavender figure, as requested. You asked for feedback. You got it in the mail ASAP. But I wasn't honestly happy with the result. Definitely wouldn't order from you again. Sorry!”

“I had an unusual color request that I needed to match and they worked with me on getting it just right! Customer service is excellent and the final product is fabulous! The deer head and colored antlers are a great conversation piece in our home!”

“We were happy with our purchase but as a U.K. customer we were stung with a hidden customs charge. The post office held the item until we paid £40 to release it, so beware!”

“The perfect gift for my husband who is always tormenting me that we need a deer head on the wall. He doesn't hunt and I wouldn't approve of an actual deer head so this was just perfect. We will put it up in our new house and submit a picture as soon as it is finished.”
