“Beautiful product, wonderful customer service. My most recent purchase was to replace a deer head I dearly loved and accidentally broke. I mistakenly ordered the wrong color replacement. Near and Deer worked with me, helped me identify my mistake, and replaced mistaken deer head. The head proudly hangs in our dining area. Thank you, thank you!”

“I ordered an item that didn't show available and was told I could still get it. When I received the gift, one of the antlers was broken. I let Rick know and he assured me it would be no problem to get a replacement. Within a week I had the replacement, and it looked great. I had good customer service and good follow-up. Thank you”
